This is my second purchase of this memory. First 16GB pair worked flawlessly in ASUS TUF B450-PRO motherboard. Just enabled XMP settings and the system is extremely stable at 3200MHz. I got this second pair to increase my memory and it was a disaster so far. It is exactly the same memory according to the utilities like CPUZ. Model number is the same and chips are Samsung. My PC however does not like it at all. It would not post at faster than 2800MHz and when it runs it does not run stable. Random crashes. I run memtester and memtestX86 all night and both run without any errors. But Windows is crashing. I found by accident that a good test is to verify large archives with 7zip, something like NVDIA driver package. If seemingly normal archive produces errors with random files every time, your memory is the problem. Windows sfc /scannow command also produced errors even in safe mode. After removing the second pair of sticks all is back to normal. I am exchanging these and see if it was just a bad pair. It is possible that quality control is not adequate. I will update my review after I get the new pair. UPDATE: The new pair behaves exactly the same except it does not run at all at 2800MHz. The fastest I could get it to run is 2733MHz. The memory runs stable at that speed, no issues. I believe that Ryzen 2700 can't run 4 DIMMs at anything higher than 2800. On the positive side, the memory only needs to run at 1.25V to be stable at 2733MHz so it runs cooler. At 1.2V it is not quite stable in all conditions. Remember that nominal voltage for this is 1.35V to run XMP mode so 1.25V is quite good. If this is your first 2 DIMMs, just get 32GB pair. Otherwise not much can be done aside from replacing a pair of 8GB with a pair of 16GB. If you want 16GB and not planning to upgrade, this memory works just fine.

First, I purchased 8x2 of this RAM in 2018, and I decided to upgrade my computer because it's Christmas :) so I bought 8x2 of this RAM again. it's delivered in 12 h which is incredibly super fast. one thing I want to let you know guys is when I put the ram on the motherboard, my computer didn't work so, I thought that it was because of the Ram, but before I returned it, I wanted to do everything that I could do in order to make it work cuz I didn't want to go out in this freezing cold. so I updated the new bios of my motherboard and now it's working! so do not just return it because the ram is not working!

Best DDR4 Ram possible. Got four of these sticks (64GB total) paired with an RTX 3060 (from Aorus Gigabyte) + 12th i7-12700K with MSI Z690 motherboard. Playing graphically intensive multiplayer games, like Destiny 2, is very smooth. I play a lot of this game and haven't seen any bottleneck issues (only when my network is giving me issues, which is not related to this Corsair RAM). I originally had 2x16 GB DDR4 of this model and brand, but I heard that having 4 sticks (of the same memory) will increase FPS.... and it did! Not only that, but everything I do from opening/working on a word document & surfing through the web just feels a lot more smooth. It's very nice, and THANK YOU, Corsair! My computer feels like butter. For real.

My grandson and I just finished his new gaming computer. We had an 8GB strip in there just to test it out and wanted to upgrade the memory. The first game he installed is COD-MW and it begs for memory. These memory modules are perfect for this machine. 288 pin strips DDR-4. Easy install and setup. Great. I had 16GB for 4 years and I finally made the switch to 32GB. Definitely optimal for my use case. I do video editing frequently, some gaming, and I have a good deal of tabs on my browser while programming. 32GB is far better suited to handle this than 16GB. Great combination with my Ryzen 5 2600X and RTX2060. Doesn't seem to be a bottleneck at all and I get over 60fps in demanding games with high graphic settings.

Already had 32GB of this with 2x16, but needed more so I got the 64GB. Loving it, and if I want, since I got the same ram, I can add to it if needed. My motherboard is daisy chaining DIMM so its not as efficient to use 4 sticks and will lose about 10-20% speed/performance if I do add it. Im a computer engineer, this is great RAM for the price. Is there better and faster? Absolutely, do I need better RAM or think its worth the price point? Absolutely not. (yet)

* Good memory, simply by activating the XMP profile, the tested frequency of 3200 Mhz is reached, since it comes from the factory as a stock or base frequency at 2133 when someone wants to experiment with overclocking and it fails, the memory will return to factory values, I recommend Buy memories with the frequency that is offered and avoid overclocking so as not to break the memories. * For the test of the memory modules, the most reliable and complete program MemTest86 was used, whose test was approved, you can look at the tests in the attached images. * These memory modules come with the Samsung chip for Corsair, that is, on one side of the module, there are 8 Samsung Chips each of 2 GB x 8 Chips = 16 GB.
