Vengeance LPX memory is designed for high-performance overclocking. The heatspreader is made of pure aluminum for faster heat dissipation, and the eight-layer PCB helps manage heat and provides superior overclocking headroom. Each IC is individually screened for performance potential. The DDR4 form factor is optimized for the latest AMD Ryzen and Intel 200 Series motherboards and offers higher frequencies, greater bandwidth, and lower power consumption than DDR3 modules. Vengeance LPX DDR4 modules are compatibility-tested across AMD Ryzen and Intel 200 Series motherboards for reliably fast performance. There's XMP 2.0 support for trouble-free automatic overclocking. And, they're available in multiple colors to match your motherboard, your components, or just your style.

  • Hynix vs. Samsung or did I just get a set of Duds
Edit: If you have an Asus AMD based system and use Ai Suite III you will likely run into all sorts of problems like many others. Even when you uninstall it will leave services active. I am not saying it caused the memory problems I had but there is a good chance it may have To be clear this positive rating is not for the Corsair Vengeance 16Gb 3200Mhz kit, specifically listed by my MB manufacturer. But rather the 16Gb 2666Mhz kit that is not listed. The 3200 kit gets a 1 star or better yet 0 since they did not work in my system, at least stably when I got it to boot that is. I had bought the 2666 kit to go along with a Ryzen 1500x and Asus Crosshair VII MB last year and it worked well however I could never bump the speed. Having learned a bit since then that was most likely due to the Processor memory controller. 2666 is the recommended memory for the 1500x. Having upgraded to a Ryzen 3700x I bought the 3200 kit to go along with it. Installed on updated MB reverted to optimized settings and having enabled D.O.C.P the memory was recognized and speed timings etc. were set correctly, however it refused to boot. After trying a bunch of things I did get it to boot but the system was not stable under all conditions. So that was that they are going back and I was going to use the 2666 kit for the time being. To satisfy my curiosity after setting the d.o.c.p I bumped the speed of the 2666 kit to 3000 and voltage from 1.20 to 1.35 and it boots and runs completely stable! this must be due to the new memory controller in the 3700x and perhaps it helps the modules are Hynix I had them up to 3200Mhz with the same voltage but in one game I enjoy FarCry 5 which is very memory critical it would crash out occasionally. My guess is if I adjusted the timings I could get it running stable at higher clock but I can run all applications perfect and most games in 4k at around 60fps. So perhaps the 3200 kit with Samsung modules I received was just a dud. I do think module temperature was a factor and the only reason they booted was when they warmed up after awhile. I may never know since I am just fine with the overclocked 2666 kit ... show more

  • Pretty ok. But hey I'm no expert.
Little difficult to install. But it was my first time inside my PC. Money wise I'm a little pisssed off because I paid 16$ for 2-day shipping, and I got it in 4 (mind you, they dont tell you it's only business day delivery).
