  • The Gold Standard for SFF Builds. Reliable Even After 3 Years of Global Travel in Fractal Terra Case
Style: SF Size: 750 Watts
I’ve been running the Corsair SF750 in my small form factor (SFF) build for three years now, and it has been absolutely flawless. When you’re packing high-end components into a tiny, power-dense rig, the power supply is the last place you want to cut corners. This unit has been rock-solid, handling everything I throw at it without a single issue. What really blows me away is the durability. I’ve actually moved this PC between multiple countries over the last three years, and despite the travel and the compact, potentially heat-prone nature of my build, the SF750 hasn't missed a beat. It’s quiet, incredibly efficient, and the individually sleeved cables make cable management in a tight case so much easier. If you are planning an SFF build and want peace of mind, this is the one to get. ... show more

  • Buy it! No regrets, dependable, great build quality!
Style: SF Size: 750 Watts
I bought this 750 Watt Corsair PSU to replace a so-called bronze-certified 550 Watt "Raijintek" PSU. The Raijintek lasted 4 months, then smoked, and was only driving a low-load tower with older Core i7 and a 350 Watt GPU. The Corsair has been going strong for over 18 months, and has excellent build quality. I examined the dead Raijintek with the new Corsair during the replacement, and it's night and day. The Raijintek used caps rated for lower voltages, the soldering was shoddy, and it looked sketchy. The Corsair is quality throughout, caps are rated for higher voltages, solder joints are clean and smooth, wires are dressed, heat sinks are mounted straight and square, and the PSU is much quieter and runs cooler. Very, very pleased. Yes it cost more initially, but not having fire hazards and not potentially damaging to components -- the peace of mind and dependability -- it's worth the extra money. And I believe it's cheaper in the long-run to invest in this kind of quality. This PSU will last for many years, regardless of future upgrades to other components. ... show more

  • Great Power Supply! Great Power Supply!
Style: SF Size: 750 Watts
I've been running this unit since 2020, I did warranty exchange after Corsair released recall information and mine was one of the affected units. That was a hassle free, no questions asked exchange. It started life on a 5800x and 1080ti and has grown into my current 5800x3d and 7900xtx custom loop build. Runs the system perfectly, however (to be expected) there is no room for OC'ing the GPU, like nada, I tried and would have random power failures. I'm cool with GPU as it is, runs everything I need it to and then some. Cable management is easy with the included modular styling cables. What else can I say? It's a great PSU, I'm planning on upgrading to the SF1000 soon in preparation for future upgrades. Cheers! ... show more

  • Needs an additional cable
Style: SF Size: 750 Watts
This is a great PSU and fits in the case fine once the old PSU is removed. But since this is a Lenovo computer the device requires an addition cable (listed below) since the Lenovo motherboard has a 10 pin connector. This would have been nice if it was included, but they probably can't provide for everything. I think it's great the Corsair has developed these small form factor PSUs for these small cases where they're needed. When I started the computer Photoshop couldn't wait to run! • The gold standard for SFX power supplies
Style: SF Size: 750 Watts
I have used SF750s in multiple builds across several years, and none of them have ever come up with an issue. They hold up fine to the voltage spikes present on higher end RTX 30-series GPUs, and despite the 750W rating on paper they perform fine up to ~900W for brief periods of time. Most of them do make an audible click when they reach a certain temp/power threshold, which is just the relay for the fan activating- but if you can hear this, then you can also be happy that your PC is nice and quiet. Fan noise is negligible. Corsair provides a full set of braided Type-4 cables with the PSU- note that this does not include a 12VHPWR for the latest Nvidia GPUs, but the adapter works alright (if not, Corsair sells a custom cable, or you can have one custom-made). Their cables are also shorter length to make cable management easier in SFF builds, and velcro cable ties are included as well. The SF750 I have now has been used with a 5900X/3080 Ti, 12900K/3090, as well as 5800X3D/4090 in a FormD T1 and has never had issues. QC and customer support are still leagues ahead of Cooler Master, and the SF750 has a proven track record. Unless you are willing to compromise and move up to an SFX-L sized power supply, the SF750 is still the best option for SFX-class PSUs on the market by far. The cases in which you need a 1500W power supply are few and far between. ... show more

  • Awesome and kinda overkill.
Style: SF Size: 750 Watts
I have an Asrock x570 itx motherboard, with an AMD 370x CPU, and an Asus Phoenix GTX 1660 GPU. I think it's clearly overkill for my system, as I've never even seen the fans turn on. Modern power supplies only turn on at around 50% power usage, and I've read that a system like mine only uses up to 230-240 watts of power. That is unless it's some kinda heavy rendering, compiling, heavy-duty modeling, or some games that have recently come out. I've played the Witcher 3, and it didn't turn on for that game. I knew it was overkill, but I got it for 161 dollars for some kind of discount price on here. Now it's 180 on Amazon. At the time, the SF 600 Platinum was 149, so I figured why not pay the extra 12 bucks. For most small form factor builds the SF 600 Gold would make way more sense. The cables that come with the platinum power supplies from Corsair are better and make cable management way more manageable. But unless you're running CPU's and GPU's with higher power draw, then you might be better off saving around 60 bucks and go for the 600 gold. I will say that I'm not usually a Corsair guy; I've bought Seasonic power supplies before, but they only have an SFX-l power supply with 650 watts, and it would've been a tight fit in my case the Sliger sm560. Sliger doesn't recommend sfx-l in that case even though it's supported. The Corsair sf750 has great reviews all over the internet and it deserves it. But look at other options if you aren't going to be using high power draw components. ... show more

  • Hope you have extra screws...
Style: SF Size: 750 Watts
Powerful, quiet SFX power supply. Since I was working in a micro Corsair case, I figured I couldn't go wrong. The first issue I had was with the adapter plate; there were only 4 screws in the box, and none of them countersunk for a flush attachment of the plate. Fortunately, I build PCs a lot, and had extra screws (sadly, no countersink). Stripped the powder coating right off the adapter plate with a screw I had to remove to get it attached to the case. Fortunately the case covers that spot up. *phew* crisis averted... Now I'm looking to see what kind of cables I have, and/or if I need to order custom cables. Even for their own micro ATX case, the cables that come with the power supply a touch too short. I can make them work if I go through the liquid cooling grommet, but that's where my tubing is going, so... yeah, too short. Nothing is perfect for a custom build though, so overall a nice power supply, I just think these things were overlooked. ... show more
