I could not be happier with this keyboard. The build quality is top notch, it has the perfect weight to it and it just feels so nice to use. It is great for someone working with limited space like myself, it is so compact and easy to move to the top of the desk to free up some work space when needed. The iCue lighting control works great and looks fantastic. The switches are a bit clicky when you get going but not over the top and I personally find the sound very satisfying. It can be completely silent when pushed gently. As far as buying a refurbished one from this company, I was very impressed when it arrived. It was delivered in a timely manner and packaged very nicely with all accessories sealed in what seemed like the Corsair factory package. If I didn't know better I would have believed it was a brand new keyboard. Perfect condition. First off I know very little about keyboards however this is what my child wanted for gaming. I ordered a "like new" and honestly appears to be new. No issues and works just like my child wanted. The clicky sound it's too loud meaning I don't hear it when I'm in a different room. He specifically wanted it due to the sound and speed of the keyboard. Lighting is nice.
