This is my second build with a CPU water block and the installation was straightforward. My new machine is close to silent but for gaming. Temps rarely exceed 70C even for my 14700K on a slight over clock, and these are known to run up to 100C.

1st one I got had pump failure 4 days after installation with blinking red light.The replacement has been rock solid for 22 days so far. I found out that Corsair iCue commander that helps control and monitor fan speeds and temperatures is NOT compatible with HWINFO. If you run both you won't be able to control your fan speeds or monitor temps. I use Openhardware monitor to monitor sensor data instead. Corsair should fix this software bug for all I know that might have been what killed 1st unit.Cooling capability is great as is noise level. Installation was easy too. The pump screws are low quality though, they get ruined it you tighten them too much. Hopefully it will work for at least 5 years as it's warranty says. I will update if it fails. My system specifications: Windows 10 Home edition 64bit CPU: AMD 7950X3D 4.2Ghz Memory: GSkill Trident Z5 DDR5 6000 Neo 2x16GB timings 30-35-35-59 Graphics Card: Asus 3080Ti OC 1425 Core, 1360 Memory SSD: Samsung 980 Pro 2TB Power Supply: Seasonic TX-1000W Titanium. Works perfectly and looks amazing. Even comes with different caps for the CPU to match your build. It comes with AMD and intel mounting brackets so it should work with almost any cpu/board. The only issue I have is it comes with a fan controller box that has a plug that doesn't like to stay in. On startup, my computer won't start (P.O.S.T. fail) and say fan not detected. That box is supposed to override this and stop that from happening from what I understand. Then I restart my computer and then it works fine. Not sure if this is something I did wrong or it's the product, but if that happens to you, that's the issue. ... show more

This piece of equipment doesn’t deserve the words that are coming out of my in this review. The fact that it claims to be AM5 compliant only to find out that the only way it truly is compliant , is if you either saved the original mounting hardware for your processor. He sink or you’re building a brand computer. At this price point $214. I think Corsair could have thrown that in there considering all the useless hardware they give you already. there’s no shortage of Intel backwards compatible plates. You would think they could at least include the newest AMD architecture brackets I mean some people don’t go directly to AIO, some people start out with a larger air breathing heat sink first. The other thing, the fact that it has no instructions whatsoeve again at this price point in the factory that’s a namebrand, some offbrand third-party Chinese knock off I was a little shocked that I didn’t have a proper instruction manual. Just a parts list would’ve been a big help for me as I spent the next hour going through all the little bags trying to find something I could use , needless to say, I’m sending it back as Something as straightforward as an AIO being this complex just install is a red flag for me. ... show more

Let me start of by saying this is my third Corsair H100i Liquid Cooler in the last 10 years. The first one broke after 3 years and i got it replaced with warranty. My last one broke as well recently (Pumps went bad) and i replaced it with this one. They are good at what they do. They cool the CPU very effectively and are easy to install and pretty to look at. All A+ from me other than their lifespan. It seems they have a tendency to break down after 3+ years where the pumps go bad. But for the time they work, they work really well. This cooler is both pleasing to the eye and powerful. The fans run well and stay quiet when they aren't needed to run hard. Installation was very easy despite this being my first build. My only issue I ran into was one of the fans ran into my memory sticks. My build was in a Corsair 4000D with a Asus Tuf gaming x570 motherboard and Corsair Vengeance pro RGB memory and the H115I version of this cooler. I installed the CPU cooler on the top brackets and found that one of the fans would not go into place with my memory sticks installed. I had hoped that I would be able to find an AF140 Slim model of the fan (product comes with an AF140 fan) but learned that corsair only makes slim models of the AF120. I ended up being able to cut out two slots from the fan so my ram could go in without compromising the integrity of the fan or causing any other issues. While this did work, I might have preferred going with the H100i model that uses AF 120 fans and purchasing one AF 120 slim to ensure it would fit correctly. ... show more
