I am giving this a 5 stars just for because of the quality/price ratio. I am “downgrading” from a Steelseries Arctis Pro w/Gamedac because I had a kid and wanted a wireless set. I got a 90$ refurbished set ($119 normal I believe) and right off that bat you feel a very nice hefty build without being bulky or cumbersome. The adjustment strap is simple but it gets the job done and the ear cups are thick and comfortable. Battery life is seemingly fine as long as you charge it every night and you can save battery life by turning off the RGB logo. It isn’t the flashiest looking headset but has a clean, almost professional look to it. The sound quality is very solid right off the bat. A very powerful and full sound from top to bottom with plenty of volume. I am a bit hard of hearing, so I’ve had trouble with other headsets simply not being loud enough and that is definitely not the case here. There is a little bit of a ‘tinny’ quality in the mid-high end ranges, but not enough to be a turn off. If you’re playing on PC, you can manually adjust the EQs to negate this I assume. I haven’t had a ton of time in any FPS games to determine how the directional audio is, but I assume that it’s fine. The only other con would be that any manual EQ settings you come up with can’t be transferred to console (PS5), but you can still cycle between the 5 preset modes. The mic is actually better than my Steelseries which is a wired headset and retails for 300$. Very impressed by the mic. Overall, zero real complaints. I would still buy this headset at full price (119$)

Updated 2/3/2023: The replacement arrived, fully intact. No cracks noticed. After spending more time with it, I'm not entirely pleased with the wireless audio performance. At times, it'll be fine, other times, it'll "stutter" constantly. The range, while rated higher than some other products (like the Arctis Pro Wireless, rated at 40ft), is noticeably shorter. For gaming, it's not a big deal, but I use this while I work too, so running to get coffee downstairs cuts out, where the other headset wouldn't. Granted, this is less than a third of the price of the Arctis Pro (now Nova Pro) wireless headsets, but I can't still help but feel disappointed. Most users probably won't have this problem though. I have only used it once day so far and I like it, but last night I heard a piece of plastic fall and but my desk. It wasn't until today I saw the small piece was noticed on my keyboard. I decided to look more closely at my headset and saw where it fell from. This looks like it might have been overtightened during a repair process and might not be a concern on brand new ones. The mic is really nice and the software is straight forward. It works fine through my USB hub. Other than the plastic I already pointed out, its construction is solid. The headband is also comfortable. I'm hoping to get this replaced with a fully undamaged one through Amazon's replacement policy.

The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the battery dies far to fast for how little I use it (I use it for PC). My wireless Xbox headset I don't use it for a week it still has battery life, i don't use this Corsair for 2 days and it's dies after an hour of use... Like why?

Bought two of these for the kids for when they are playing online games on their PCs. They are comfortable to wear with good sound quality. The microphone works well. So much so that they stopped using the separate mic they were using with their previous headphones. The microphone wand has a mute function on it where you just simply flip it upwards and it mutes. There's also a little colored light near the tip of the wand which changes to red indicating that you're on mute. They are also comfortable to wear and the battery lasts for a while.

They are very comfortable, and they sound great. Audio isn't affected by onboard audio (if you don't know what this means, ignore it). The audio signal range is very wide. Can be used both in USB and wireless mode. The iCUE software can be finnicky, but I prefer to disable audio enhancements and use Equalizer APO instead.

I bought replacement ear pads but the product is good but the pads should have lasted longer. but with the removing and putting on the headset. the cover to foam pad was bad. 3 stars because it should have lasted longer than like 1 month. Purchased April 11th the replacement pads
