I bought this when I first built my PC, and both the mouse and keyboard have served me well. I've had no issues after 1.5 years of use. The Harpoon looks great. With two extra buttons on the side, it's the only mouse you'll ever need unless you want something specifically for FPS, MMOs, etc. Unlike other Corsair mouses, the cable isn't braided, but this isn't much of an issue. The keyboard to me is a true "starter" keyboard. It has a taste of features you might want for gaming, being full-sized with macro keys and dedicated media keys. The backlighting is there, but it's dim and has limited options for customization in iCUE. While it's a membrane keyboard, it's less mushy and feels a bit better to type on than others. With all that being said, I'd recommend buying this if you're new to PC gaming and aren't quite sure yet what options are best for you. They'll give you a good indication for if/when you decide to upgrade later on. ... show more

The key board was built to last, but with that said, This very fact sacrifices the potential comfort of the keys. Though, these keys end up being fine and perform well overall. The keyboard has a slight incline, from bottom to top which in my opinion, makes the included armrest a very nice touch. This detail alone, proves this product to be accessible to a variety of hand size. When it comes to the accessibility that this keyboard can provide, Corsair goes above and beyond to prove that Quality and control is very much a part of this business. In my most respectful opinion, The mouse seems to be the only flaw withing this bundle. As my words stand true to the keyboard, There's one thing that stands in conflict between these two items, Universality. I love this keyboard and mouse as they really help with gaming and look amazing with tons of customization. would totally recommend. My only problem with amazon: However amazon shipped via USPS and not amazon drivers. Where I live it's a pain in the butt to drive out to my mailbox (its a community one about a 3/4 a mile) only to see the "sorry we missed you" or "come pick it up at USPS" . Then I have to drive a few miles to the nearest one to pick it up after a 20min wait because its always busy. I want convenience . Why cant I pick what shipping I get? ... show more

I can't review for gaming because I use this for office work. The keyboard and mouse are absolutely beautiful. The keyboard took an afternoon to get used to, the keys felt "hard" to press at first.. but it's perfect now. I love the lights so much. This is a great value at $55.

Since I've gotten this keyboard, I've used it almost every day for various tasks. I use it for gaming, watching shows, coding and computer programs (Word, Excel and others). I've noticed a few things I love about the keyboard, and a few things I dislike. I love the RGB backlights. They're bright, responsive, and easy to customize using Corsair's ICUE Software. The keys are responsive and quiet, and typing is overall extremely smooth. The media keys are great for pausing, skipping and actuating the volume without flipping through applications. My biggest disappointment with them is the spacebar. When I'm gaming, I'll often hit the spacebar accidentally and can sometimes mess up ingame (this is detrimental in FPS games). And now for my biggest problem. The mouse. Overall, the mouse is responsive. It works well on games and overall computer usage. The biggest problem for me is the buttons. Sometimes they work great. The side buttons are always pretty responsive, but the DPS toggle is abysmal. Either it works or it doesn't. I've lightly touched it, pressed firmly, even spammed it. Sometimes it just doesn't work. I have it set up to change my keyboards RGB lighting, but sometimes it changes the DPS, or it opens an application, or it just doesn't work. I like this mouse, but that button is stopping me from loving it. ... show more

It is a great product and if I ever broke it (which I’m pretty sure I won’t) I would definitely buy it again. The keyboard has a brightness button on the thing itself and the mouse even has a speed changer on the mouse. If it were me, I would have moved the speed changer somewhere else but still a 10/10 product ... show more
