Perfect for my ps4. The cable I had before was loose so it could of easily unplugged while I play and mess up saved data or corrupt my external storage. I think I'm gonna buy more to replace all the other Playstation power cables that I got. This fits my original Playstation 4 perfectly (keep in mind this won't fit the Playstation 4 Pro). My rabbit manages to sneak in a lightning quick nibble on my cords the split second I turn my back, and she has a taste for expensive ones. She'll leave my dollar store USB lightning cord for my iPhone alone, but she'll go after the $30 Apple one. Go figure. This economic aftermarket cord works perfectly. I tried to use this on my Nyko Databank to see if if made the product actually work. It didn't. The Databank still freezes and causes the system to shutdown, and then boot in safe mode. I had assumed the problems the PS4 had in playing disks and successfully writing data to the hard drive was that the larger platters on the 4 and 6TB hard drives were so large and therefore power hungry that the pull on the system's power supply was too much. On the Xbox1 the Databank has its own power supply, so giving the PS4 Databank t's own power supply should help out, right? It didn't. Hopefully I can save someone else from spending their money on a fix that ultimately doesn't work. On the bright side I have a spare power cord for my PS4 if I ever need it. ... show more
