I ordered this bed for my teen son because he was in desperate need of more storage in his small bedroom. This bed is a godsend. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. It took us much longer to put together than the suggested two hours. With two of us working on it, it took us about four and a half hours, including a short meal break. It was fairly easy to put together, it was just time consuming, so be prepared. It was all worth it, because this bed is fantastic. My son loves it. There is so much shelving and storage space. He really likes the lighting feature, which comes with a remote to adjust the different color options. The built-in plug is awesome, as well. The drawers underneath the bed are not as large as they appear, as the baskets do not stretch all the way across the drawer front. However, there is still sufficient room for my son's socks and underwear in the drawers. Please note that all that is included is the bed frame/shelving. I took photos after putting the mattress, sheets, and comforter on the bed, which are not included with the frame. I was a bit concerned that there is no room for box springs. We could only put a mattress on the bed. But after a few nights of sleeping in the bed, my son has no complaints. He said the mattress is more comfortable than his old bed was, even without the box springs. I am really impressed with this bed. It was easy to assemble, it feels sturdy and high quality, it looks great, and my son loves it. Highly recommend! ... show more
