This tarp is thick and strong, seems durable. The size is truly 12 ft x 12 ft. The color is dark brown. It has a coated layer (in black color) at the back, providing added protection. The metal grommets are strong and in good workmanship. I am using it to cover a jacuzzi and time will tell if it last long enough. So far it works fine. No leakage. It cost a bit more than the thinner tarp, but since I am looking for a more durable product I think it is reasonable since it is 20 mil, and I am pleased with it.

Used this tarp to cover my pool. Good protection from foilage to keep pool stable. nothing can get green like algae if it doesn't get sunlight. lasts about a year in the summer heat. works great. I have been doing this for 3 years. Good value compared to adding expensive chemicals.

Great tarp! The one thing they should improve is the grommets holding strength they are not on par with rest of this 20mil tarp. That being said the corner ones are reinforced and hooking the other ones in series will mitigate most of that issue. Now we're done with the negative part let get onto the GREAT part! I had this tarp covering my mill all winter and it held up no issue. The tarp is strong and shows no real ware after being on the mill for the winter. I switch it out now that it's spring for the bigger tarp that on my porta garage as this 35 foot tarp was a better fit my double tarp system on the garage. The garage had the same tarp but was a 40 foot which a bit to long for the 32 foot garage. I have included photos that show is true to size unlike most other tarps that are the cut size not the finish size. These pictures are after it been thru a New England winter as you can see it held up very well. The one that shows the grommet is actually the 40' one. Bottom line these traps hold up very very well it's not your average tarp. This tarp cost more for a reason. The reason I gave it a four is because you can't give it a 4.75 it really is that the grommets are on the same level as the rest of the tarp.

I have three of these tarps. One 20mil covering a raft and trailer; one 7mil covering a wood splitter; one 20mil soon to cover a camping trailer. The first two have been through a couple western Montana winters and year round UV exposure at 4000' elevation. Holding up great. Just bought the third one to put over my teardrop trailer that is moving from the barn to the lot. I have tried the 'heavy duty' and 'trucker' tarps from Home Depot. With the 50-60mph winds and the UV exposure we get here, they tend not to last long. These Core Tarps have saved me a lot of grief and debris cleanup!
