We have an open area between two barns that we prefer to cover with a tarp to maintain daylight in that area, instead of covering with metal roofing. We have been through a couple tarps previous to this one, each lasting 1-2 years due to wind damage and lack of adequate water resistance. Neither were of the quality seen in this tarp. The 20ml is definitely worth the cost for an installation like this. It's not an easy job to replace the tarp, so we hope to receive more than a year or two out of this one. In the 4 weeks since installation, we have received 14 inches of rain, and it is bone dry under the canopy, which pleases us and the goats! We also have had some storms with strong wind gusts, and there have been no problems. Well worth the cost!!

Bought this as a canopy top replacement to my grill gazebo. The gazebos sold at HomeDepot and Lowes come with extremely poor quality canopy tops. Over the years, I had to replace my canopy top over my grill a few times. Finally gave up and decided to just buy a heavy duty tarp. Came across this one. Bough it. It's been over a year. It works great. No rain or snow will damage it.

I bought this to use as a cover for a dog runner. It worked really well in conjunction with some heavy duty zip ties. My only negative is that it did separate at the seam in one area. It was small and has held up ok so far though, so no major dysfunction. I would buy this again.

This tarp solved a problem. I tend to a small cemetery that had quite a bit of tree damage after a recent storm. The gate to the cemetery is too small to get a tractor in and it is much too difficult to maneuver a truck and trailer among the tombstones. An ATV trailer is expensive and generally too small for the work. A "yard glider" would work well but is $200-$300. This tough little $20 tarp saved the day!!! I did manage to puncture it in a couple of places but there were no rips and the reinforced grommets held up just fine. I was only skidding loads to the outside of the cemetery fence where I could pick everything up with a tractor and grapple. Not sure if this tarp could withstand daily abuse like this but it was a perfect solution for the day's task.

The tarp is much thicker then a cheaply made one you would find at Harbor Freight for the same price. Grommets are solid and it should last awhile depending on your plans of use. I purchased it to protect my utility trailer from the elements when not in use.
