I’ve been through more pool vacs than I can count. Expensive, cheap, big, small, Bluetooth and not. Most don’t make it a few months in my salt water, Florida pool. So, having said that, it’s been about a month and this little guy is quick, light and efficient. Heck, it even gets up the incline from the deep to shallow end. Easy to use, easy to clean. So far, so good.

I am so grateful for this vacuum as I am a first time above ground pool owner and not knowing what I was getting myself into and have since learned and this vacuum has been helping immensely after having tried another vacuum on two separate occasions I will no longer make that mistake. Anybody who has a pool knows what a chore it is to constantly keep it clean. From leaves and other debris floating about to algae it’s a constant treadmill of upkeep. But, with a pool vac you can spend so much more time doing other things you enjoy, like swimming. This vac comes with everything you need, almost. The hook to grab the vac out of the water is just that, a hook. You’ll have to bring your own pole. On the plus side, bringing your own pole just means you can get the one you really want. No need to be stuck with a pole you don’t like and isn’t long enough. I haven’t had a chance to put this through its paces, yet, but it seems simple enough to use. First, make sure it’s charged. Like the mouse from that fruit computer company the plug is on the bottom. Unlike that mouse, you won’t want to plug this in while it’s in use, so not a problem. Oh, the led light to indicate charge status is on the charger, there’s nothing on the vac itself to indicate charge level. Second, press the on/off button on the bottom and put it into the water. Cleaning the unit seems simple enough. Open the body and remove the debris. There’s a screen, which you can see in my photo, that will most likely need a gentle rinse, and then you’re good to go. According to the manufacturer you should 90 minutes of clean time with this vac, which should be plenty of time to clean a decent sized pool. The instructions caution against using this with a sloped floor, so if your pool is sloped this probably won’t be for you. But, if you have a flat bottom this little vac should do wonders. I’m looking forward to using this once we’re back in pool season. If it’s one thing I really enjoy that’s tools and tech to relieve me of as many household chores as possible. Just on that this bot is a winner.

In my yard, there is a 50x50 foot concrete area, that has a drain. It seems that, no matter how much I keep it clean, during dry weather, whenever it rains, grass, leaves, and other yard debris gets washed in, causing the drain to plug. I used this pool vacuum as if I were using it in a pool, and it made a great difference. I manually plugged the drain, so it would purposely start filling with water, and as soon as it got to about 12 inches, I just dropped in this little vacuum, and let it run, until the power ran out, being careful to monitor the water level. Afterwards, when I unstopped the drain, the water flowed freely, and there was only enough debris left to fill a 2-quart plastic bag. I was also delighted with the amount of debris that the vacuum actually picked up. The look and shape of it is also pleasing, and the size is great for storage.

It works well for the price! The suction is decent but the battery life lacks a bit. It gets the job done, sometimes we just have to recharge and run it twice. But once again, for the price of it we are happy!

With pool season quickly approaching I wanted to get a few new Robo vacuums just in case some of them give out so I had to give this one a shot! It came very well packed and secured and it's super heavy duty and very well made. It does feel like it has some weight to it and it's not cheap or easily breakable. Very easy to get fully set up and ready to go. All the instructions are clear and easy to read and very helpful for a first time set up. Once you get everything out and get everything fully ready to go it takes no time to figure out how to operate this. We have a large bathtub in our master bathroom and I went ahead and filled it up and tested this out and I was very impressed with the suction power as well as how well it works. It charges up very quickly and the charge has lasted a good amount of time as well. Plenty of power and can definitely get the job done it looks like! If you are thinking about it don't hesitate! I can't wait to give this ago in the pool in just a few months. I have no doubt this has excellent cleaning ability just by what I saw testing it out. Great quality product and I have not run into a single issue this far. Solid 10 out of 10 definitely worth the money
