Bought it around Black Friday in November of '25. Worked great for months on my in-ground pool. Cleaned up the debris and sand quite well. Powerful propulsion pushed it up the incline from the deep end to the shallow. Everything is top notch! Then, it stopped charging in the middle of March. Reached out to the seller and asked about their "warranty for your product, offering replacement instead of repair" guarantee. They responded within hours, after two very quick exchanges, they said they would send out a new one immediately to replace the first vacuum. 3 days later, it was at my door. Absolute A-1 customer service with clear communication and follow through. Definitely recommend this product and the seller stands by their warranty!

I purchased a robotic pool vac last year that has since died. I wasn't terribly unhappy about that since the darn thing had to be baby sat while it would get stuck every 5 minutes. It worked, but eventually developed a crack in the on/off button that allowed water into the electrical area. This doesn't have either of those problems as far as I can tell. It ran for a good 2 hours after a full charge and never got stuck!!! My pool was pretty dirty and now it's spotless. It moves alot of water quickly, and does a better job of trapping debris and dirt than my other one did. It's quick to actually sense when it needs to reverse as well. It is slightly larger than what you'd normally get in this price range, which almost seems like overkill for an above ground pool but so be it. It looks pretty cool too, at least not as cheap looking as others. Overall I'm cautiously impressed. I have a few areas of concern however. As mentioned by another reviewer, one of the tiny guide wheels doesn't like to stay put. In fact it fell off the second I pulled it out of the box. Seems ok, even if it does fall off... it's got huge wheels! Which, leads me to another concern that the large wheels do wobble. I assume this part of the turning 'function' which allows you to modify its course, which is absolutely brilliant BTW. Now my biggest concern is the the plastic power plug that should be keeping water out of the power port doesn't seem to do that. After first use the power connector port was wet so I let it dry before charging again. Going to try using a gasket to keep water out of there, but hey, if that's my biggest problem then I'm happy. It works, and doesn't get stuck.

Purchased a Dolphin for around $800. Lasted just over a year. Purchased an Aiper for around $600. Lasted just over a year. This one does the job and has lasted all year. If it fails next year, I only spent $150 on it. It works well. Instructions are a little vague but it cleans a 30,000 gallon pool with a slope with ease. It may not do the walls, But the expensive brands don't do the walls very well anyway. As with some of the other reviews, There is an issue with the tiny wheels coming off. But I fixed that by melting some wire over the wheels! (See picture)

The media could not be loaded. So far, so goed 👌Love it. Makes my life easier! It tends to keep going to the right side tho, but I gladly guide it to the left. 😅I mean for this price?! It cleans my pool (200x400cm) in 30 minutes. I have lots of sand here. I'm using it for the 3rd time and haven't charged it since the 1st time. I def recommend this product.
