I bought this on a whim, hoping to use it for Behr house and fence, solid stain. I'd never used a sprayer of any kind before. I can't believe what I've been missing out on and am thrilled with this purchase. It took me about 7.5 hours (only) to go through 9 gallons of the stain enabling me to cover my entire house, about 2400 square feet, with ease. Pros; - Easy set up. - Easy to figure out. - Sprays evenly. - Only a single, easily cleared clog, throughout 7 hours of near continuous use and spraying a viscous, heavy product. - Easy clean-up. - Incredible price considering the ease of use, and the time and effort it saved us. - Makes difficult jobs easy to deal with. Examples; overhead, textured surfaces, inner corners, complex angles, hard to reach places, single handed use on tall ladders... etcetera. - I could go on. Cons; - The one an only con is that I'm getting up in years and with a full container of paint, it does get heavy over time. So, the con is primarily about my strength and endurance limits, not the tool. If I lost this tool today, I'd order another tonight.

I was nervous about buying this as I have never used a spray gun before. After some research I was ready to go. I felt like the value of this product was worth it. It was easy to use. The quality was amazing. The power is great and adjusting the nozzles couldn’t be simpler. I also found this very easy to clean. The pieces come apart making soaking it in water and a light scrub easy peasy. I have done 2 coats on a small bedroom and cleaned in between while the paint dried. I am amazed by how quickly I was able to get the room painted. I’ll never go back to roller brushes.

This paint sprayer was actually a nice surprise. It feels lightweight in the hand but still strong enough for home projects. I liked that it was easy to set up and adjust, even without much experience using a paint sprayer. The spray came out smooth when I took my time and didn’t rush. Cleaning it does take a little patience, but that is normal with this type of tool. Overall, it is a very useful product for small painting jobs and DIY projects around the house.

Great Gift for My Husband! I bought this paint sprayer as a birthday gift for my husband, and he absolutely loved it! He found it very easy to use, lightweight, and efficient. The different nozzle sizes and spray patterns make it versatile for various projects around the house. The paint goes on smoothly, and the coverage is much faster compared to using a brush or roller. Cleaning it afterward was also easier than we expected. It has already saved him a lot of time on his DIY projects. Ok. Yesterday I was ready to throw this thing in the garbage. My project was a complete refinishing of my kitchen cabinets. After days of sanding and priming, the time arrived to use my new sprayer. It was a complete train wreck. The first pass looked like I was using a texture gun. Had to foam roller it all out. After some research, I decided to thin out my latex, very expensive, cabinet paint at a ratio of 20% water.. Much better, but still really splotchy. Had to foam roller it out. At this point I decided to not use the sprayer and just use a foam roller. Cabinet doors looked like crap even after 2 coats. Finally decided there must be a you tube out there on this piece of junk. Sure enough a 17 minute video explaining everything about this exact sprayer. Link below. Come to find out my paint was still to think, and the video guy said he thined out his paint at a ratio of 3 to 1. So I used 3 cups of paint to 1 cup of water. Video guy was also painting a cabinet door (same as me), and said to use the smallest spray tip available, which was 1 mm. Another key item was to filter the paint through the included filters. After all this, my paint came out of the gun perfectly with great coverage and a professional finish. Don't rely on the instruction booklet, pretty worthless except the viscosity measurements and instructions. Good luck The included picture was after the first coat. So still more to go. Amazon won't allow an external link to the you tube. Just look for "How to Use A HVLP Paint Sprayer" and look for the on with the yellow sprayer that just says "Sprayer" That the one to watch.

Instructions very vague. Cannot clean plastic tube w/out a certain item which is not included. Would not recommend this product. Paint constantly gets stuck in sprayer tube, not allowing paint to flow/spray. What should have taken a few hours to complete the project, now has taken two weeks due to all the frustration of trying to figure out the sprayer. Very disappointed and unhappy..
