very wide and comfortable. I would have loved to had these prior to my surgery. After ankle surgery these were my go to shoes. they are stretchy and allowed my BIG foot to slide in and be very comfortable. The traction would be non slip, but due to the ability for your foot to move comfortably in the shoe they would not be my choice of shoe to push or pull heavy items in as you will not have the stability and traction to support that type of effort. These are exactly what I wanted. Minimalist, very comfy. I’m not sure why the reviews say they’re “thin” and wouldn’t trust them on rocks or hard surfaces. Hiked 7 miles in these yesterday. They don’t have a break in period, right out of the box, they are ready to go. I usually wear a 9-9.5, definitely go up a little on your size. The 10s fit perfect and have a great toe box. These are modestly priced, comfortable and quite amazing. Ive already put them to the test doing 25k steps and they held up well! I did switch out the insoles with cruvheal which I do with every shoe I buy. I also love how it almost completely suppresses your footsteps which is handy out here in Arizona on hiking trails to listen for snakes or javelinas. The only concern is durability and how long they will last. I will update when they break. So far, these are seriously worth the money and for 25$ on sale when most shoes like to be 80$+, these are more than worth it and I will buy more. ... show more

If I payed 100$ for these I would feel like I got my money’s worth. True to size they do stretch with plenty of room for your toes. We’ll build good quality for the price. These have to be the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned. I can’t understand why these would get a negative review??? I really hesitated to try minimalist shoes, because I felt like they were a gimmick. I have to say that these things are the most comfortable shoes I have ever had. I like the fact that they look like shoes, albeit casual shoes. They don't have prominent toe shapes on them. The size matched up perfectly. I have walked around the house and yard with them. This was very disappointing because I really liked these shoes. They are essentially very comfortable slip-ons (not for athletics). But the sole was detaching after less than a month in which I probably only wore them 10 times.

Great shoes, like wearing socks with support. Do not follow their sizing guidelines. I wear size 13 sneaker, 12, 12 1/2 shoes. If I followed their suggestion I would be wearing size 11 and preparing to return them. Trust your own experience when ordering. Happy I ordered size 13.
