The hedge trimmer is similar to my Dewalt. I was very pleased that the Dewalt battery fit and I was able to get right to work! Doesn’t seem that it has the same power but it got the jobs done. It’s lightweight and easy to haul around.

We love these trimmers! They are very sharp and do a great job for everyday hedging. They are lightweight and the battery last a long time, enough to get the job done. I ordered an extra battery just in case but did not need it.

To say that this product is garbage is an insult to garbage. First off, It shipped in a box that busted apart in shipping (see picture). Amazingly the trimmer was still intact. However, 20 minutes into using it, it started to smell like it was burning, so I stopped using it. I let it sit for 15 minutes and then it stopped working all together. Don’t buy this thing. It’s cheap and on paper it should work but it’s trash. Spring for the actual DeWalt trimmer. I did and it worked without issue.

Works very well with the Dewalt 20V batteries. My hedges were very over grown and I hadn't trimmed them all summer. This trimmer tackled them with ease. It even handled some of the bigger branches that had began growing from my neglect. My one 6amp/hour battery lasted all the way through my trimming which ended up being over an hour and a half. The blades on these appear to be stainless steel and they look as if they will last longer than my little cheap plug in set that I had for years.
