This trimmer is very light and accepts my Dewalt 20v battery as advertised. The blades are nice and sharp and made quick work of my shrubs. It also has a little notch on the bottom so you can hang it on a nail or screw which worked well in the garage.

I love the 22" long blade and the fact that this trimmer works great with my Dewalt 20v batteries. I've used it several times now and the blades cut well even through 1/2" branches. You do need both hands to operate this unit and it does not have a lock feature for safety reasons I suspect. Also, you need to move slowly when cutting since the blades do not move as quickly as an electric or gas powered unit but this is typical with Battery operated units. Overall, this is a great tool with good quality for yard hedge and shrub trimming.

This is a great hedge trimmer, it accepts my Dewalt 20V battery as stated. It's light weight and easy to operate, the safety bar is easy to access. Overall, I feel it was a great value, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Bought it based on the fact that it uses 20V Dewalt batteries that I already have. Motor burnt out after 30 minutes of moderate use. I could see and smell the white smoke coming from the motor. Completely worthless.

Bought because of compatibility with my Dewalt batteries and price about a third of the Dewalt trimmer. Product looks pretty good, lightweight but as expected for a light duty unit. Build quality seems good. Functions as expected on shrubs, will cut smaller than 3/8" but struggles if branches get much bigger. Can't speak to longevity yet, hopefully it'll last at least a few years. Happy with purchase.

Easy to use, lightweight, and seems to run smooth. Good safety features as I have little ones and despite the usual precautions it’s peace of mind to know that if they somehow get ahold of it they won’t easily be able to run the blades. Though I always disconnect the battery when not in use. Already had two 20V batteries for my dewalt drill and this is a great addition. Not only trimmed my bushes, it trimmed my work time significantly.
