I have used this buffer/polisher on several cars and trucks. Its light weight handles great and powerful for what it is. There are several speeds i think 6 in all you just push a button on the handle for the next speed up or down. What i really like about this polisher is it takes my 20V DeWalt battery's that i all ready have. So the unit ships without any battery's so beware of that you supply the battery. Would i buy this buffer/ polisher again yes i would it works great!!! God Bless everyone !!!!

With any applied pressure to do a correction the backplate will not spin. This will work for finishes like wax but not correcting creams.

Product works as described! Had to lightly lube the battery track as it's a tight fit. Like that because it has a solid connection. Still in the learning curve on the full use of all accessories. Got this to assist in repairing age / sun damaged clear coat on a black truck. A lot more work to do but it's going to save the paint for a few more years and saving $2000 on just repainting the clear coat. The truck is 17 years old. The failing clear coat was done by a "professional" shop dictated by insurance company. This tool has a lot of potential for other jobs around our property.

This looks to be well made of high quality materials. Alas I'll need to actually try to use since it didn't come with a battery! However, I see that was my fault as it does say that clearly in the picture, I just missed it. I hope it helps my car look better!

Works well good value for th e money battery life is good speed control works well perfect size to do most anything you want it to do. “Update” after using this to polish my counter tops it stops working with the slightest pressure and I just can’t have that so sadly I’m returning this product.
