I'm glad I did. The tool is larger and longer than I imagined but it's very easy to control. Variable speed worked smoothly and easy to access while tool is in operation, the polisher works great for moderate compounding, polishing—really great for fine polishing. Very versatile I can use this for a lot of jobs, use to polish my car, on my kitchen counter, etc.... great quality and value. Not that long ago, a cordless polisher could cost hundreds of dollars, keeping them out of the hands of most non-professional/enthusiast detailers. After moving somewhere that I couldn't use use my corded polisher, I tried a cheap cordless one and was disappointed by the poor performance and short battery life, so I promply returned it. Fast forward to a few months back, and I decided to give cordlesses another go... and I'm so glad I did. This unit may not be quite as powerful as my old cordless unit, but still has enough juice to keep my car's paint looking in tip-top shape. The sanding pads and other accessories are a nice touch as well. The included polishing pads seem decent quality enough, but I have my own high-quality pads that I prefer to use. I'm also happy that this includes a spare battery that can be charged while the other is in use. The battery life is not spectacular, but as long as you aren't detailing professionally (i.e., at least a few cars per day) then this isn't much of a concern. Overall, I'm happy I made the switch back to cordless!

The things I liked: • Powerful enough for waxing, buffering, and polishing at various speeds. • Cordless is a lifesaver. I don’t have to handle the wire at any positions. • 2×2000MAH batteries are included. It gives me enough power to detail more than one car with 1 charge. • 6 speed settings and easy to adjust. The variable speed is adequate for different tasks of waxing, buffering, polishing, and removing paint defects and oxidation. • 9 6-inch pads and gloves are included. • Lightweight and easy to operate. • Battery recharging is reasonably fast. Caveat: • The only caveat is that the battery is a bit too close to the car surface, only an inch away. So, I need to pay more attention to avoid scratching on the paint. In overall, it’s a very powerful polisher and a good kit with all necessary accessories. It’s so much easier to use than a wired one.

My current buffer has a cord and I really needed to up my game by getting a cordless one but didn’t want to spend a fortune. This is a great entry-level cordless option since it includes two batteries and a variety of polishing pads and bonnets. It’s got multiple speeds and offers straightforward operation. The pads and bonnets are a standard 6-inch size so refills will be easy to find. This is pretty lightweight and having two batteries included is a definite plus to not have to stop and wait for one to recharge, especially while buffing out a car. It is a versatile tool and I’ll be trying it out on my granite counter’s hard water deposits and my large 2-horse trailer.

I prefer to detail my own cars, and i have an ancient 10in Orbital Polisher that finally died after 20 years. This time around, I wanted to get a smaller device, and this Eioehtl 6in Cordless Buffer Polisher seemed interesting to try. I liked it since it came with two battery packs so I wouldn't need to find a power cord. It comes with the two battery packs, an AC Charger and a bunch of cloth bonnets and foam pads. This is great for correcting swirl marks or paint damage. I did a quick polish of my SLK coupe since it's a smaller car, and it did fine. You can adjust the rpms with a thumb dial, so that's nice and handy. My hood, roof and trunk took roughly 30-35 mins, and I still had battery life left on my first battery. The balance of the polisher was ok, but since it is a smaller polisher than my 10in, I'll need to adjust to its movement. The battery packs plug into the AC charger directly... but they look like the packs you would use on power tools. I'll try and dig around and see if their size and capacity match to anything out there (Black & Decker? Porter Cable?) so that I can get spares later on... if I do find a matching setup, I'll be sure to edit this review and update.

I like the 6 inch pad size, balance, and no-chord comfort using this buffer. I also like having 2 larger 21 V 2000mAh batteries and 3 color charge condition lights to help complete the job. It has a conveniently located thumb switch that controls 6 speeds running the pad in small orbits making this is a true orbital buffer. It is powerful enough for most jobs and comes with 2 plainly marked foam pads, a wool self-adhesive pad, 5 microfiber bonnets, a 6 inch disc of sandpaper, gloves, apron and a fast 1 to 2 hour battery charger. If you haven't purchased a buffer yet or want to update or add battery convenience to your existing equipment this kit is robust enough and a good value.
