I'm happy with the results so far. No problem with the machine. The cord is flexible and of sufficient length. I keep it between setting 1 or 2 for applying and removing glaze and wax. More than enough power for this. I haven't tried any paint correction with it. My right hand does move the speed dial sometimes depending how I'm holding it. I wish it had a handle on the left side. When I bought it in 2023 I got a nice discount so I don't have that much into it. If it fails I will definitely look for something similar but a side handle will be a must. It came with 2 backing plates, extra motor brushes and a wrench for changing the backing plate.

By now Chemical Guys has developed a pretty popular reputation to where you can buy their products just about everywhere now. With that said, making sure you have their orbiter polisher is essential! I cannot express how crazy amazing this machine is - and what it can do if you apply CG products along with it! I used the Jet Seal polish with the Hyrdocoat Ceramic finish. I tried taking before and after pictures. They just do not do it justice!!! Worth every penny!!! My SUV is 14 years old. It's not beat up by any means but has been used. I had a temporary tarp carport that did It's job, initially. The wind got a hold of it and did a number on the paint job. The front and back looked hazy from the beating it took. I started with a small area in the back and worked my way through each compound. When I finished (before waxing) I could not believe how good the paint job looked!!!!!! There are a couple places with scratches that are almost undetectable now. In my case, it took a little time to work through the four compounds but the results were absolutely worth it. The smell of the polishing pad lubricant was pleasant. The polishing pad cleaner REALLY good. It didn't take much to get the pads looking brand new. I was worried, especially with the white pad. It's bright white again! I am a Chemical Guys Fan!! One reason I took a chance on this detailing kit was how well their carpet and upholstery cleaner worked. I had some stains where other products did nothing. Not the Chemical Guys! Took the stain out!!!

Been detailing cars since the 80s. I’ve had other buffers/polishers in the past. This one is very smooth not too much vibration or noise. On off switch in a funky spot but easily overlooked due to polishing results. NO SWIRLS. I have a deep blue Subaru Legacy. Dealer took thru car wash after I said no thank you and got the swirls. Swirls easily came out with very little pressure. Highly recommend.
