I own mostly DeWalt tools (for over 25 years) and the last few years their quality has slipped; this little grinder seems to be fine for everyday light use and perfect for a homeowner. DeWalt OEM batteries fit and work perfectly. Great Price. I will update if there is an issue.

I’m giving this 4 stars cuz it’s very efficient and works well, plus using any of my 5 Milwaukee batteries is great, but I don’t like that there is no lock button or anything that keep it from moving when you accidentally pull the trigger. Also drains your battery VERY quick.

Right out of the box I slapped my Milwaukee 5.0 battery on it and started working. It has held up well for the constant grinding i have done in just the last few days without it going up in smoke. I was looking at the actual Milwaukee grinder but didn't want to spend the $120+ on a tool I don't use that often ( or so I thought). I would definitely buy this again if I need a second one for service truck or shop.

The arbor thread is not 5/8"-11. It has 13 pitch thread but measures .537" major diameter on the arbor. So a 1/2"-13 nut will not fit the arbor thread. The arbor is an unknown thread size. DO NOT LOOSE THE NUT THAT COMES WITH OR THIS GRINDER WILL BE USELESS. It does use Dewalt 20 MAXV batteries as advertised. This grinder will not accept any wire brush attachment if it has a nut on the wire brush.

Works great! but it does seem to have less RPM then my dewalt version I also own and keep at work. Not sure why that is since both are 5cell 20volt battery’s at the end of the day 🤷♂️
