I know all about knee pads and I have tried well over twenty different styles and brands over the years most from Amazon others from local medical supply stores and doctors' office. I would say 80% are just ok. This falls in to the much better than ok "slot". What you MUST know is that, in my opinion, compared to 99% of the others I have purchased these do run large. What I mean is I generally buy a large and that works for me. After checking out the fitment chart and doing the measurement as suggested I came up with a medium. I double checked the chart and my tape as I have never ordered a medium and it was what I thought, medium. I even reached out through the questions option and the seller themselves replied (in only a few hours) also suggesting the medium BUT, according to them, if medium did not work they said to simply let them know and they would fix it. That says it all. So, for the product itself. Medium was perfect. Felt nice and tight but extremely comfortable. So much so that I wore them all day and went to bed with them on! Never could I do that with any other brands/styles of these knee compression sleeves. These are long from calf to thigh and the pressure is spread out evenly with more just where I need it. I could not ask for a better fit and better feel. They control the pain. What makes these so amazing is I have never purchased a PAIR this cheap. This is a case where you get more for less. Do not pass these by. You will love them as did I and if not I have a very strong feeling that the seller will find a pair/size for you that you will love. Sorry as I have no idea why these are so good. Could be the copper could be the material. Bottom line is I am sticking with this exact product moving forward until I need my knees replaced.

Bought these as an early black Friday sale. As someone with joint issues, and being on my feet most of the day, I thought, what the heck!. I measured thigh circumference as the directions suggested and ordered the appropriate size. These fit perfect! They slide up and on with ease. The compression is just right. I've worn them a few days now and they are super comfortable/very breathable.. There is full range of movement at the knee joint. These stay up and do not slide or roll down. Honestly I hate taking them off. 😆. They definitely provide support. I'm not saying they "cure" all the aches and pains, but they give me extra support. Very pleased with price, shipping, and fit. 👍

I'm using these braces during workout and I love it. I started training a few months ago, and i always get a discomfort in my right knee after lifting weights. I don't feel that when I used these braces. They're comfortable under my workout outfit.

Not very much compression but they make excellent leg warmers. The tops of the sleeves do start rolling down after a while. I don't believe I would purchase again. Update: The Meiddano after sales service team contacted me through Amazon - even after the Amazon 30 day window expired. Meiddano service team offered to refund my money or try a larger size. I did opt for the larger size. I have worn these knee sleeves all day and there aren't any problems with roll down or bunching up , an improvement compared to my first review. Unfortunately the compression I'm looking for just isn't there. But I do recommend these knee sleeves for mild to medium compression. I highly recommend Meiddano for caring about customer satisfaction and their follow up care if there are any problems.

These Knee braces are so soft, easy to put on (follow the guidance to order right size), provides excellent support and carry sporty look. Breathable fabric provides good support while walking and bending proving full range of knee movement and better decompression. I have been using for few days, very pleased with the results on easing my knee pain.
