I just received this product today and after wearing it for two hours, I can honestly say that I feel much better in my lower back. There is something about the copper fiber in this brace that has an effect on my muscles. I highly recommend this product if you have any type of back pain or if you’re working and sitting for long periods of time. I’m looking forward to wearing this every day.

After 40 plus years in the restaurant business, I have terrible back pain. Most of it is arthritis and then there is the muscle strain and spasms. I especially experience the muscle strain and spasms about two hours into a cleaning day, or when I am volunteering at events, standing for hours, then helping to tear stuff down. That's when the spasms kick in. I've tested this Copper Fit Back Posture Support on two different cleaning days, particularly focusing on more strenuous chores like washing bedding and vacuuming. So far, I experienced no muscle fatigue or spasms. One super positive is I didn't find myself slouching about my day. My posture stayed mostly upright. I also was afraid it would be too bulky and stifling for me but I found it to be light and breathable. I wore this for about eight hours today. It was comfortable and I felt pretty good at the end of the day. I need to stabilize my L4/L5 and L5/S1, to prevent a herniated disc or a severe strain. I really like that this support brace wraps below my hip bones and doesn't ride up like some supports can, providing support in those areas. The extra hip adjustments is a very nice feature that enables you to tighten the support to your liking. I don't really buy into the claim that copper threads can ease or eliminate muscle or arthritis pain. However, I have always found that Copper Fit products do a great job with compression devices by providing support, comfort, and warmth to an affected area. If copper infused threads can actually help, then that’s a bonus. I do have a couple of complaints about the harness straps. They rub the creases of my underarms. I'm no expert on compression and support design, but I think the harness would be more comfortable with a strap buckled across the sternum, like a backpack, and extend the neck padding to reach the armpits. The harness definitely did help me with my posture, but my pits hurt. I also found the arm straps to be a bit too long to adjust to where I would have liked. So yeah, add a sternum buckle, extend the neck padding, and shorten the arm straps. I definitely plan to continue to wear this when engaging in certain activities, as I have found support and comfort from it. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for help with posture support. The investment is worth it.
