😁 I mean, It does what it says. Just not built for smaller of us. ( 5'4" 146lb ) Without resewing adjusts. Neck strap curls. Arm straps dig pits. Adjust straps end over my shoulders. (?) Not comfortable 4 me. Multi adjustments. Def built for 5'7" + as usual.😄 Trying the Ace brand next. 🙏

    • The velcro breaks down quickly. Stops holding in place.
The velcro broke down quickly. I've had this product for 2 weeks and it's not working well anymore. Definitely helps with posture adjustments, but the velcro that holds the straps in place broke down quickly. Now I can't use this item comfortably as I need to keep moving up the strap to find a place for the velcro to stick. I don't recommend it. ... show more

Pros: - comfortable if you stand without moving - adjusts to several chest sizes - if you stay in one position, you can feel it helping your posture Cons: - uncomfortable for sitting - uncomfortable in car rides - can’t move without it needing to be readjusted (my biggest issue with it) - no perfect adjustment on size Overall: I would NOT buy again. The main issue being that if you move, no matter if you are seated or standing, the brace has to be readjusted every single time. If too tight, it works itself under your arm pits. If too loose, it doesn’t do it’s job and also moves around. No matter how it’s adjusted, it never fits perfectly. I plan on returning mine. ... show more

I tried this as soon as it arrived. My work was giving me back aches as I slumped over my desk all day. Easy to put on. Just look at the picture. It was feeling tight so I used the straps to get a better fit. I put it over my shirt so some chafing under my arms but I think that won’t happen under your clothes.
