This does work but it was hard to strap around my shoulders. I am taller 6'2 and had upper right back pain that wouldn't go away. This and doing stretches helped. this is my first one of these so not sure what it's supposed to be like, but this is not very comfortable at all, it kind of cuts into my shoulder, but then it's like $5 so.. I guess for emergencies? or for starters? but maybe not to wear every day, i'm looking for something more comfy. Though, I will say that it is easy to put on, and I do like the way the velcro comes from the bottom so you don't have to be a contortionist to tighten it up, that's always a bonus! haha ... show more

This thing is great because it really shows you how off you posture is. Usually had a nagging pain just below the base of my neck during and after work. Standing up correctly definitely helped work that out! BUT! I can also promise you from experience that if you wear it too long in one day you’ll feel great. And when you take it off and relax all of the other muscles in your back that were used in ways they weren’t used to will throb and ache. 🤣 ... show more
