this is my first one of these so not sure what it's supposed to be like, but this is not very comfortable at all, it kind of cuts into my shoulder, but then it's like $5 so.. I guess for emergencies? or for starters? but maybe not to wear every day, i'm looking for something more comfy. Though, I will say that it is easy to put on, and I do like the way the velcro comes from the bottom so you don't have to be a contortionist to tighten it up, that's always a bonus! haha

This thing is great because it really shows you how off you posture is. Usually had a nagging pain just below the base of my neck during and after work. Standing up correctly definitely helped work that out! BUT! I can also promise you from experience that if you wear it too long in one day you’ll feel great. And when you take it off and relax all of the other muscles in your back that were used in ways they weren’t used to will throb and ache. 🤣

Got this because I started to get a sore upper back from having poor posture from being hunched over a steering wheel all day. This gently pulls your shoulders back but more than anything keeps you very aware of your posture while assisting you. Can also feel it strengthening my abs from from realigning my core.
