The Coospider UVC box works great to clean my CPAP equipment. I get great results with my weekly cleaning. The bag is the perfect size. It also folds up nicely for easy storage. What's even better is the customer service. After 9 months, I noticed the UV light had stopped working. The Amazon website states there is a 2 year warranty. I reached out them them and advised them of my issue and they had my unit replaced in less than 1 week. How awesome is that? This a great product and they also provide great customer service.

Cannot believe how easy it is to use. It cleans the hose and mask. Its so fast. Husband isn't complaining about breathing any more! It does leave an odor in the hose and nose piece. I use it first thing in the morn, take it out when finished and by nightfall husband hardly notices any odor.

Got this product quickly and I use it probably every night or every other night for my CPAP equipment. I don't use it for the hose but use it for the mask and distilled water compartment. Very simple to use. I was never clear on how long to keep the light on, so I just use the maximum.

Dec 8, 2023 - REVIEW UPDATE. I was preparing to toss out the unit, when the bulb burned out within a couple months. Then I found a tag on the product. It included information about the 2 year warranty and an email address to contact for assistance. I reached out to the vendor who promptly shipped a new product. That's good service! Wish I had found the tag sooner. I would purchase from this vendor again due to the excellent warranty support. In Feb 2023 I purchased this folding COOSPIDER UV Sanitizer Box w/Timer, Portable Large Cleaner Bag without Ozone, UVC Light. It seemed to work for the first couple months. Then the bulb quit working. I have tried to reach out to the manufacture. They don't have any contact information. Please consider another product and be sure that you can contact the seller if you have trouble. My unit sits on a table and is never moved. The lid is opened, my CPAP mask is deposited, and the button is pressed. The light should last a lot longer than a few months. I do not recommend this product. Beware!

I purchased this after a bad customer service experience with the company that made my former ozone sanitizer device, which was defective. I'm now thankful for that bad experience because it led me to purchase this UV sanitizer! The following are the criteria I base my review on: Convenience: 5/5 --I love that I can choose between 5, 15, and 30 mins to clean my CPAP equipment. Additionally, there is no waiting for hours to get ozone to safely dissipate. This is especially helpful for me since, during the workweek, I'm rushing out the door in the morning and sometimes don't remember to sanitize my CPAP mask until I'm about to go to bed. Size: 5/5 --This box fits my hose, mask, frame, and water chamber all at the same time, and the UV light still manages to penetrate each of them during the sanitizing cycle. Ease of use: 4.5/5 --You just put in your equipment and press the button and the cycle will begin after a few seconds. I took off half a point because I think the button on the plug should be less sensitive. Sometimes, I mistakenly brush against when I'm trying to adjust the plug and I have to cycle through the options to avoid the light coming on with the box open. Effectiveness: 5/5 --I don't have much time during the week to do a thorough cleaning of my CPAP equipment, so I needed to find something that would easily and quickly sanitize five days a week. This does the job very well. After cleaning, it does leave an odor similar to being outside, but it goes away pretty quickly, especially if you use your CPAP machine to push out the air in the hose, frame, and mask before putting it on for the night. Cost: 5/5 --The effectiveness of the UV clean makes it worth it for me. I paid over $200 for my Purify O3 Sanitizer, and not only did that stop working properly immediately after 2 years, but customer service basically told me it wasn't their problem when I was trying to figure out why the device stopped producing ozone. This being a fraction of the cost makes me value it more because of my previous experience. I've also seen other UV products for hundreds of dollars more than this, but this works very well from my experience. Overall, I was very skeptical because I was unfamiliar with the effectiveness of UV technology, and even more so because of the price of the box, but it has been working very well for me for several months. Also, the fact that I don't have to wait for HOURS before I can use my CPAP equipment after the cleaning cycle is a BIG plus! That alone made this worth it for someone like me.

I had an ozone cleaner before. It did stink and I only did it once a month. Then I read the ozone may not work. So I got this one. I don't know if it works either but it's got the the light and the timer so I set it for the maximum amount of time. And I still wash by hand the other 3 weeks.
