Repeat customer for these pillows. We have been using these pillows for several years and decided it was time to buy new. I love you can adjust the firmness yourself which is great when one person prefers a higher firmer pillow. We already knew how well they hold up and fluff nicely in the dryer too. The extra stuffing comes in handy when you need to freshen them up. I just take out some of the old and add new stuffing and it’s like a new pillow. I bought the waterproof cover and it is very nice and soft. The vinyl is very quiet. I have recommended these pillows to family and friends.

I have been searching for a pillow that was soft, a little firm, and supported my neck in a way that I could feel comfortable. I’m so finicky about the pillows I use, so I took a chance on this after reading reviews everywhere online that it’s perfect and they last for years. So I took the plunge and said why not, it’s adjustable anyways! This pillow is AMAZING! At first I thought it would be too firm or fluffy for me after taking it out of the dryer to fluff it up, but I was wrong. I was so excited to sleep on it and when I did, literally was the best pillow I’ve put my head on!! It is so comfortable and I had the best nights sleep just night one. I started raving about this pillow to literally everyone even if it’s a tad bit expensive for a pillow. I still think it’s worth it!

I ordered the standard and the crescent-shaped pillows to compare. I ended up keeping the standard one because they are exactly the same size, the crescent is just cut out of it so it's smaller and you kind of have to keep your head in the middle. Otherwise, the adjustable filling is great. It's pretty sturdy and stays up so you may not need as much as you think. There is a strong smell which hasn't gone away yet (it's been about a week) but hopefully will soon. Beware, it does say free returns, but my return options were highly limited and I have to stuff it back in its box and drive 20 mins.

Over the years, I have spent a lot of time and money buying pillows. I can never seem to find one that fits my needs. I thought this would be a good option to try because this came up as a top rated pillow from consumer reports. I really think this pillow might be the last pillow I ever need. I saw all the good reviews and I also read all the bad reviews. Pillows are very personal, and a pillow that works for one person may not work for the other person but, I decided to give this a try. I was so excited. This was on sale at Amazon and I got it same day. I have a lot of neck issues and pinched nerves so I thought this pillow would help. Once I took it out of the box, I fluffed it up by hand because I don’t have a dryer. Within 15 minutes the pillow was really fluffy. I tested it out. I’m a side sleeper. It didn’t work too well. I removed some of the stuffing which is luxuriously soft. And it seemed to be comfortable. This morning I woke up with a horrible neck and headache. So, I took a little more stuffing out. It seems to feel better now. This gives just the right amount of support. It doesn’t give too much pushback and it also doesn’t go flat. Yes, this will flatten out a little bit when you lay your head on it, but not completely to the mattress flat. I fluff it up before I go to bed and it works great. I think I have it at just the right thickness but we will see how it goes. Surprisingly, it was not too hot for me like others have reported. I do have a temperature control system on the bed so maybe that’s why the pillow temperature didn’t bother me as much. I did not have any pain in my ears from sleeping on a hard pillow. That was a big plus. It gives Justin enough support and not too much pressure so it’s perfect. The outer shell is really nice. The shell and zippers seem to be good quality. I still use a genuine silk pillowcase because I like it. I think this is my forever pillow. I will add an update after I use it for a while if anything changes. I am hoping for good durability. Last thing, this also comes with extra stuffing if you like your pillow, extra high, or if your pillow starts to go flat, you have more stuffing to put in it. Putting your pillow out in the sun or in the dryer once every couple of months will help to keep it fluffy. I don’t think I would ever wash the foam on the inside. There’s no reason for that. The outer shell is what’s going to get most dirty. Just know, I liked it so much I bought another one immediately.

When I say, this pillow has changed my life, I mean it. No more waking up with a stiff neck, shoulder pain and upper back pain from tossing and turning, trying to get comfortable all night long. My sleep was broken before, now I sleep like a baby on this cloud-like, heavenly pillow. The curve at the base of the pillow allows me to transfer from side-sleeping to back-sleeping with ease and I have zero neck pain and stiffness now. Best decision I ever made and I don’t regret spending a little more to make it happen. I plan on keeping this pillow forever if possible lol. I love that I can take out any excess shredded memory foam stuffing or add more according to my comfort level. It’s the perfect level of flatness to allow for comfort without being too thick to keep my spine level. I didn’t buy the cooling pillow but this pillow is still a cool enough temperature for me to stay comfortable all night. You won’t regret buying this pillow.
