I wish I had bought this sooner. It seemed pretty flat when I first opened it, but it suggested that I either shake it out for three minutes or put it in the dryer. I shook it out for maybe about a minute total and it puffed up into a nice fluff. This feels so great to sleep on. It also did not make me feel hot. I bought it to replace a foam mattress pad that I had had for a while but was tearing up. I definitely think this is a lot better. My mattress is pillow top, so it is definitely thicker than the average mattress, but I had no trouble putting it on as it was bigger sized. There was no smell to it and so far it has not moved around at all on my mattress. Very happy with my purchase.

Would not order again. Matter of fact going to have to order something different because there is literally no support. I kept thinking it would fluff up more but it hasnt. I can still feel the hardness of my original mattress under this mattress pad cover. If you are looking for something soft, ok, it is soft but it isnt as "extra thick" as they say it is. I will be ordering a mattress TOPPER and then will put this on top of that. The deepness of the corners is good - it fits my large pillow top mattress with still room for more use.

I’ve had this mattress topper for 2 years with no problems. It kept its loft, improved the bed comfort, and stayed in place. My husband and I are not heavy, have back and joint issues, and sleep on both side and back. It served to help extend the life of an older hybrid mattress whose gel top had begun to collapse and sway. It served its purpose nicely. Excellent also on a slightly too firm mattress foundation. Appreciate that it did not change sleeping temperature.
