I love this mattress but it was a bit less firm than described by my kids. My son said it was soft and my daughter said medium. It reached full size after unpacking in just 6 hours and my son and daughter slept on it the next day after unpacking. I like that the mattress is two sided so it can be turned over for longer life. My son and daughter are in 5th and 6th grade said it slept "cool" and was not "bouncy". They liked that when one of them turned over it didn't move about to wake the other. Their old mattress was a box spring and they liked this because it makes no noise and had plenty of room for them. I am considering getting a King size for my husband and I. I was impressed by the qualty. The one downside was the mattress is very heavy.

This is the best mattress. I recently bought a new home and bought some mattresses from other brands. I was not sleeping well. I remembered that at my old condo I slept amazingly well on my mattress and everyone that came over would remark on how comfortable it was. I threw that one out as it wasn't the right size for my new house, but I looked it up and it was this Coolvie. I immediately ordered the Full and have been sleeping like a baby every night!!! This is seriously the best mattress ever and the price is so good. I tell everyone now to just buy this brand and you will sleep great!

Mattress grew lumpy and soft with less than a year of use It's very uncomfortable and offers little back support after a few months of use HOWEVER customer support is fantastic. They do offer a refund and keep their word about it.

This bed is amazing! I am sleeping on it for two nights. First night, great and my body has less aches and pains, and I had more energy throughout the day. The second night just slept through the night no problem didn't wake up stress and tired. I didn't know I was sleeping previously so horribly. I am thankful of the improvement, body is adjusting painfully, good healing pain and hurting pain. It's all good though. I will see what happens a few days from now.

I bought this mattress for my 6-foot 4, 13-year-old son (yes, you read that right — he’s basically a walking dinosaur). He’s absolutely smitten with it, claiming it keeps him cooler at night than a polar bear in a snowstorm. But let me just say this: heed my warning! Opening this mattress is like unboxing a surprise party gone wrong. Forget the gentle “memory foam” experience; this mattress sprang to life like a caffeinated jack-in-the-box and took me out! I now have three massive bruises to prove it. I felt like I was in an action movie, flailing around, desperately searching for something—anything—to grab onto for dear life. I went down faster than a toddler on a sugar rush, right between my son’s nightstand and bedframe. Guess where I landed? On top of his laptop! (Don’t worry, it survived my epic battle.) And to make matters worse, my husband walked in just in time to witness my epic struggle against a rogue mattress. It was like a scene from a comedy, with me fighting for my life against a bed! So, if you decide to take the plunge, just remember: this mattress is not for the faint of heart!

Was initially great, comfortable and supportive. 100 days, ok. slightly past that the mattress does not reform, meaning it's ok when you lay down, but a few hours into sleep it sinks, and is no longer supportive. Purchased Oct 2024. Mid January to February I started to sleep poorly, toss and turn more. Now in May 2025, I would rather sleep on the couch. I am 5'11, 190 lbs. I wake up in a hole a few hours into sleeping and no matter how many times I had rotated it, it is worse than my 7 year old mattress it replaced. I rotated every time I changed my sheets. easy to do. Change sheets weekly. Only myself sleeping in it, and an hour or two into sleep it is so unsupportive and uncomfortable that I keep moving to try to get comfortable. I wake up tired, and with back pain from essentially sleeping in a hole. Move to the edges, and if I fall back to sleep it does the same thing, or end up rolling back into the hole. Company has not responded and it has been 48 hours, weekday contact, not weekend.
