Absolutely met our expectations. The medium firm description feels accurate - supportive without being stiff. My wife has hip issues and actually prefers this mattress over our much more expensive “regular” one. That alone made it worth it. One thing to be aware of (and this isn’t specific to Coolvie): if you're using a metal bed frame with wider-spaced slats (ours are 6"), you’ll want to add a bunkie board or some other solid base. I had to look that up after the fact, but it makes sense—foam layers can sag over time without enough support underneath. Unboxing was easy enough, and the mattress expanded quickly. Overall, a great hybrid mattress at a very reasonable price—and with the 100-night trial, it feels like a low-risk upgrade.

I love this mattress but it was a bit less firm than described by my kids. My son said it was soft and my daughter said medium. It reached full size after unpacking in just 6 hours and my son and daughter slept on it the next day after unpacking. I like that the mattress is two sided so it can be turned over for longer life. My son and daughter are in 5th and 6th grade said it slept "cool" and was not "bouncy". They liked that when one of them turned over it didn't move about to wake the other. Their old mattress was a box spring and they liked this because it makes no noise and had plenty of room for them. I am considering getting a King size for my husband and I. I was impressed by the qualty. The one downside was the mattress is very heavy.

A great mattress for my adjustable bed ! Wonderful price -looks great -and has coils AND memory foam -much better mattress than just memory foam ( which is like sleeping in a big sponge ) I got 2 of the firm twin XL for a split king ...would be a 5 star except that it actually measures a full 40" x 82" ( a full 2 " wider than a real twin xl should be ? However I was able to make it work cuz I was using as a split king -other than this anomaly -I love it !!!!(good thing though-cuz I'd have no way of getting it back into the small boxes it came in if I had to return it !!! )

So this made my bed a little higher than the last mattress I had however, the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on in my life. Never had better sleep than this. All I need to say is definitely follow the directions on letting it air out properly. Be careful where you cut. And instead of doing the 48 hours like the directions said to we let us sit for a full week because we are busy working before we could actually change over our bedroom. I don’t know if the extra days made it more comfortable, but it is amazing sleep

This is the best mattress. I recently bought a new home and bought some mattresses from other brands. I was not sleeping well. I remembered that at my old condo I slept amazingly well on my mattress and everyone that came over would remark on how comfortable it was. I threw that one out as it wasn't the right size for my new house, but I looked it up and it was this Coolvie. I immediately ordered the Full and have been sleeping like a baby every night!!! This bed is amazing! I am sleeping on it for two nights. First night, great and my body has less aches and pains, and I had more energy throughout the day. The second night just slept through the night no problem didn't wake up stress and tired. I didn't know I was sleeping previously so horribly. I am thankful of the improvement, body is adjusting painfully, good healing pain and hurting pain. It's all good though. I will see what happens a few days from now.

Was initially great, comfortable and supportive. 100 days, ok. slightly past that the mattress does not reform, meaning it's ok when you lay down, but a few hours into sleep it sinks, and is no longer supportive. Purchased Oct 2024. Mid January to February I started to sleep poorly, toss and turn more. Now in May 2025, I would rather sleep on the couch. I am 5'11, 190 lbs. I wake up in a hole a few hours into sleeping and no matter how many times I had rotated it, it is worse than my 7 year old mattress it replaced. I rotated every time I changed my sheets. easy to do. Change sheets weekly. Only myself sleeping in it, and an hour or two into sleep it is so unsupportive and uncomfortable that I keep moving to try to get comfortable. I wake up tired, and with back pain from essentially sleeping in a hole. Move to the edges, and if I fall back to sleep it does the same thing, or end up rolling back into the hole. Company has not responded and it has been 48 hours, weekday contact, not weekend.
