We actually use this for lacrosse and football. Nice to have a little extra padding. The material is soft, lightweight and comfortable for my son. It has held up well throughout two sports seasons. We are always careful to wash on delicate and hang dry which I think has added to its durability.

My daughter is afraid of being hit in the ribs by a fast pitch, so this is a great support for her. It fits snug, but not too tight. It's easy to wear under her uniform. It's VERY affordable compared to chain stores. The chest protection is in a great location, as well. It's not heavy or cumbersome.

Way too expensive for what you get. This shirt is very thin other than the padded areas. It will likely rip after a few wears. The material also stains easily. It’s very tight as well.
