Pros: 1. It comes with extra stuffing 2. Both outer and inner covers have zippers to its easy to adjust the amount of fill. 3. The curved side is not deeply curved, and at first look I couldn't see what good it would do, but I was wrong. The curve is just right for me. Helps keep me on my side. Cons: 1. The silly idea that anyone would actually sleep on this pillow without a pillowcase, which creates a barrier and renders any potential cooling effect basically null and void. It feels cool to the touch initially, but warms up quickly like any other pillow. 2. The very comfortable shape is a little odd-looking in a pillowcase leaning against my headboard, but so be it. I have been a back sleeper for years due to neck issues but now am forcing myself to sleep on my side to mitigate sleep apnea. I expected misery, but thanks to this pillow am doing well and my neck is not giving me trouble. Also, I am getting much better rest - evidently not trying to die a million times every night - and this pillow just feels good. The chopped up foam stuff it's filled with is FAR superior to old-fashioned fiber-fill, which has been my go-to due to feather allergy. While pillows are hard to review, because each person has different needs, I thought it was worth throwing out there that I have been EXTREMELY pleasantly surprised by how much I like this pillow. Oh - as others have stated, there is a chemical smell that is somewhat strong, but after a week it's pretty much gone. Anything containing memory foam is going to stink for a while. The nature of the comfy beast.....

I have been using my soft feather type pillows my whole life & loved being able to scrunch them up to fit my position but lately have not been sleeping well or been able to get comfortable. I am very picky about my pillows so put off buying one until finally I couldn’t take the sleepless nights. This pillow supports my neck , has normal material on one side and cooling material on the other. As a plus I also no longer have shoulder pain from sleeping on my side. I also sleep on my stomach and the pillow does not bunch up by my face. They do send extra stuffing so you can fill or remove to adjust the pillow. If you like to use satin type pillow cases they will slip off bc the cooling side is made with a stain type material-so I opted for a zip up satin pillow case. I have been recommending this pillow to friends.

This pillow is a must buy for side sleepers. It's bigger than I expected, but the size is actually perfect for me. Good quality. Good support. Also comes with an extra bag of stuffing in case you need to add more. Slight smell that goes away quickly enough. I absolutely love it! So comfortable. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is bc I wish that it was colder.

I absolutely love this pillow. After spending six months in search of the perfect pillow, I found it in this one. I love that it’s for side of back sleepers, which is me. I also love that it’s so soft and I could adjust the firm just by removing some of the stuffing. I remove so much stuffing that I actually have an extra pillow now cool huh highly recommend this one it’s an amazing pillar.

This pillow is well made and seems like it will last awhile. It was actually too thick once it fully expanded, so the extra stuffing was not needed, (some had to be taken out actually) The pillow feels great and does not kink up the neck or cave in on you. I rate this only 3 stars because of the smell. It is quite displeasing. Even after being out of the packaging awhile to air out and even with being sprayed with febreeze, it still is there. I am hoping after more time it will eventually fade, if not I will be on the look for another durable pillow. Edited: I know this pillow says not to wash the inside stuffing, but the smell was unbearable. The pillow is so comfortable but the smell is a no go. I soaked the whole pillow in the washer. Stuffing, case and everything into downy fabric softener. There was no damage to the pillow after washing and drying it. Smells a whole lot better and extra comfy! 5 stars achieved!

Pillow choice is a very personal decision. We've tried a number of pillows the last month including some of the higher end $150+ variety. This pillow is comfortable, supportive and even seems relatively well made. It can be adjusted for getting just the right height and firmness. My wife and I found the pillow as shipped was perfect, but it does include extra filling. We are both side sleepers primarily. Smell out of the box was not a problem. We would recommend this for it's comfort, support, flexibility and value.

I've been looking for a pillow that doesn't flatten, but at the same time isn't stiff, and can comfortably mold to the shape of my head and shoulders while also supporting my neck when I lie on my side. This is it. It feels like a cloud is hugging you and fills the space around your neck, providing support even when lying on your side. This is exactly what I wanted. No complaints. I do suggest washing the pillowcase first to remove any residual lint or foam pieces. No more headaches or shoulder cramps. I definitely plan to purchase two more.
