A pillow is a very personal thing. What's comfortable for one person may feel awful to another. But if there was ever a pillow that might satisfy a range of preferences, this is it. And it's reasonably priced! The inner cover is filled with shredded memory foam (which was surprisingly heavy). You can unzip the inner cover and add or remove handfuls of foam to change the thickness and firmness. I purchased a pair of queen size pillows, and after three days of adjustments (adding/removing foam each day), I now have one great pillow for sleeping at night, and another great pillow for napping on the sofa. The outer cover is also zippered, and is machine washable, cool, and softly textured. Between military service and a second career that involved frequent travel, I'm sure I've slept on thousands of pillows. I've also purchased some that were very expensive compared to this one. But this pillow is the best one by far -- for me, at least.

Love this pillow. I honestly thought I've tried every type of pillow. This one has helped reduce my neck pain and reduced my headaches. Quality is great. Their was a smell in the beginning but faded very quickly. I love this pillow an havebhad it now for several months. Completely happy.

I’ve order 2 sets of these pillows. The first set of pillows are firm with the ability to remove filling to be adjustable to the individuals needs. The second set is not the same. Instead, the second set of pillows is lacking in filling, making them flimsy with little to no support. This product is inconsistent and correlates to the mixed reviews. I would not recommend this product for this reason alone. You may be lucky or unlucky and that is not what a buyer should expect out of any product.
