The cooling fabric side really helps on warm nights, but the softer side is nice when it’s cooler, so I use both depending on the weather. I don’t usually write reviews but I had to share how amazing these pillows are. They’re honestly the best pillows I’ve ever owned, better than any 5-star hotel! They’re perfectly soft but still supportive, and they have the right height for great neck support. The cooling feature is incredible too. I love how it keeps my head cool while I’m cozy under the covers. Every time I lie down, it’s pure comfort and relief. It’s so relaxing and comfortable. I’ve already told everyone I know about these pillows. Seriously, the best $40 I’ve ever spent!!!!

I really like these pillows, they’re a little bigger than the standard size ones which is perfect and the cool side feels absolutely amazing. They lean a bit more to the soft side than firm so if that’s what you like this will be great, it supports my head perfectly like I’m lying on a cloud. Quality is also impressive, very happy with my purchase.
