This was a decent buy. The material was great with the cooling effect. Only downfall is it was too puffy. I had to take out some foam from the inside to adjust it to my liking. I'm glad it had a zipper that allowed me to do this, because if not i would have to cut a hole then sew it back up.

I don’t usually write reviews but I had to share how amazing these pillows are. They’re honestly the best pillows I’ve ever owned, better than any 5-star hotel! They’re perfectly soft but still supportive, and they have the right height for great neck support. The cooling feature is incredible too. I love how it keeps my head cool while I’m cozy under the covers. Every time I lie down, it’s pure comfort and relief. It’s so relaxing and comfortable. I’ve already told everyone I know about these pillows. Seriously, the best $40 I’ve ever spent!!!!

Wow this pillow is so comfortable! I’m very picky with the height and firmness of the pillow that I haven’t used a pillow for few years now. Decided to try this one out for the cooling affect but the firmness and height is perfect that it doesn’t stress your neck

These pillows are okay. Considering they were completely flat when they arrived (from the vacuum seal), they puffed up to be pretty thick. It took about 4 hours for them to fully puff up to full size. The material is very soft and comfortable, and immediately felt cool to the touch. The outer case comes off to wash, and then there is a pillow inside that also has a zipper, which I can only imagine is to adjust the stuffing. The pillows smelled very strong like chemicals when we took them out. We washed the outer case and it got better. The stuffing is shredded foam so it’s comfortable, but it doesn’t hold its shape well. I find myself adjusting throughout the night trying to fluff the pillow back in shape. It doesn’t flatten right away, it takes a little time, like memory foam, but it does flatten quite a bit so I don’t feel like the support is that great. And then there’s the cooling aspect, which is why we got these. We don’t notice a big difference. They do feel cool, but they warm up from our body heat like a normal pillow and we don’t feel like they necessarily keep us cooler than a regular pillow. Overall, these are decent pillows. Not the best, not the worst. And unfortunately I don’t see a big difference in the cooling. Also one other note - the tag is annoying. This should have been put on the inside pillow or at least the inside of the case. I’ll cut it off, but just a note for the seller.
