This was a decent buy. The material was great with the cooling effect. Only downfall is it was too puffy. I had to take out some foam from the inside to adjust it to my liking. I'm glad it had a zipper that allowed me to do this, because if not i would have to cut a hole then sew it back up.

Wasn't sure if my cat was going to let me use this pillow at first, as she laid claim to it as soon as I put it on my bed. But ultimately we came to an agreement - its hers during the day, and we share it at night... First of all, if you've never purchased a pillow filled with microfiber pieces, don't be alarmed at how flat it is when you first receive it. This is normal, just squish it, squash it, and fluff it and it will puff up. Let it sit and air out for at least a day too, as there is usually a slight chemical odor, but this goes away. I've purchased several, and they're all the same upon arrival. Once they've been fluffed up and aired out tho, very comfy! I could immediately feel that the cooling was legit - it is only one side but that hasnt been a problem. I will admit the cooling effect was lessened a bit once I put a pillow case on, but I'm not using especially cool fabric cases so that probably makes a difference. This was a set of 2 good-sized pillows, one did seem to have a little more filling than the other, which obviously affects how thick and fluffy they are, but both of them have been comfy. My husband has been thrilled with his, and suggested I get more so we can replace all our old flat pancake cotton pillows with these nice cool cushy microfiber ones. Good neck support, and I appreciate that I haven't woken up with wet hair and drenched in neck sweat since I started using this pillow. I am prone to night sweats / chills, have slept comfortably every night. I'm a back sleeper but occasionally lie on my side, have been perfectly comfortable and well supported either way. I do use 2 of these pillows, I like a lot of cushion and this is the perfect amount. Would definitely buy more (anyway my cat says I have to and I know better than to argue)!

I'm a hot sleeper (side sleeper) and am always looking for anything that helps keep me from overheating at night, and these pillows are helping me out. When I first opened them I was disappointed because of how flat they were. Even after I fluffed them up they were still flat. By bedtime they were looking better and I couldn't believe they were the same pillows as they'd gotten a lot thicker. I have issues with tension headaches and when I get new pillows I know to expect a moderate to severe tension headache for 4 - 5 days while I adjust. I was amazed that it didn't happen, just a little bit of tightness but no headache. They work great and I can tell a difference, that I stayed cooler, because when I woke up my hair was still straight. When I sweat in my sleep my hair gets damp and then dries in weird waves and creases, so another bonus for me. They're soft, comfortable, and the colors are nice. I like both sides and also like that I don't have to have a pillow case because it has its own, which is easily removable to wash. These are good quality and they do help me sleep better. It supports my head and neck just right without giving me my usual headaches. The convenience of being able to make the pillow more or less firm by removing or adding more shredded foam is great, a feature that most pillows don't have. After testing the for a week I know that I like them a lot as does my husband, and I'm very happy that I ordered them. I will buy again when we wear these out. They're a good value for the comfort that I get.

These pillows are okay. Considering they were completely flat when they arrived (from the vacuum seal), they puffed up to be pretty thick. It took about 4 hours for them to fully puff up to full size. The material is very soft and comfortable, and immediately felt cool to the touch. The outer case comes off to wash, and then there is a pillow inside that also has a zipper, which I can only imagine is to adjust the stuffing. The pillows smelled very strong like chemicals when we took them out. We washed the outer case and it got better. The stuffing is shredded foam so it’s comfortable, but it doesn’t hold its shape well. I find myself adjusting throughout the night trying to fluff the pillow back in shape. It doesn’t flatten right away, it takes a little time, like memory foam, but it does flatten quite a bit so I don’t feel like the support is that great. And then there’s the cooling aspect, which is why we got these. We don’t notice a big difference. They do feel cool, but they warm up from our body heat like a normal pillow and we don’t feel like they necessarily keep us cooler than a regular pillow. Overall, these are decent pillows. Not the best, not the worst. And unfortunately I don’t see a big difference in the cooling. Also one other note - the tag is annoying. This should have been put on the inside pillow or at least the inside of the case. I’ll cut it off, but just a note for the seller.
