They’re perfectly soft but still supportive, and they have the right height for great neck support. The cooling feature is incredible too. I've tried several memory foam pillows, and this one is a great choice! The quality is excellent, and I love that it comes with a liner, making it easy to wash. The zippers are well-made and hold up nicely. It offers a lot of support, which I really appreciate, but like any memory foam pillow, it does need to be fluffed up when you first receive it and periodically after that to maintain its shape. It arrives packed and can feel firm at first, but that’s expected with memory foam and isn’t a drawback. One of the things I really like is that it has a nice cooling effect, making it comfortable to sleep on throughout the night. Overall, it's a solid, supportive pillow that just requires a little maintenance to keep it feeling fresh. Definitely worth it!

This pillow is VERY nicely made and has no unpleasant odor. The material and finish are excellent. That said, it's a very firm pillow, which works great for side-sleepers.

This pillow is very luxurious! At first, I was a bit worried. It arrived vacuum sealed and even after opening it was as thin as a rice cracker (see pic). It had a pretty strong chemical smell too. It said it came with extra shredded memory foam but there was nothing in the box so I was a bit worried. I let it sit overnight and to my surprise, it was big and fluffy the next day! The extra stuffing is definitely already included so you can remove as much as you'd like to get your desired comfort. It's VERY comfortable. I have another pillow with shredded memory foam and this is the same. Absolutely outstanding quality and comfort. Excellent for the price too. Highly highly recommend if you need a nice soft pillow!

We have a lot of ancient pillows in our place, so I ordered this one to replace one of the worst. It arrived rolled up in a plastic bag which was inside of a box. Interestingly, it didn't have instructions. I unrolled it and decided it would benefit from some fluffing inside of the dryer. It plumped up nicely. And it is great for sleeping on my back. My head sinks into it softly, but the pillow has enough support to keep my head upright. Time to toss some of our older pillows and get more of these!

I found this memory foam pillow to be very, very comfortable. I love that it's neither too firm nor too soft. It's a firm enough pillow to support the head and keep it level for side sleepers but at the same time soft enough for a great feel. The product description describes it as a cool pillow. I believe that to be accurate. It remains cool to the skin even when sleeping in rooms that are heated for winter weather. The cover is zippered for removal and cleaning. The pillow is very well constructed with quality material. The pillow should stand up to continued use for many years to come. I gladly recommend this pillow as an excellent buy.
