These were very high and firm which made my shoulder and neck hurt. The first night I had to throw them out of my bed. The next day I opened them up and removed almost half of the filling. This made them perfect. Soft and comfy plus enough support.

I was very excited for these pillows and unfortunately am disappointed. They are comfy to a point, but they are quite large (height wise) and makes sleeping comfortably a bit difficult. I do not find that the "cooling" aspect is more than turning a pillow in the middle of night type coolness. After smashing it down a bit, it is more comfortable, but I think I will be looking for something else... long term. *Sleeping with them about a month*

I'm 75 with arthritis and back trouble and have a difficult time finding a comfortable pillow. Ive tried water, get, feather, and solid foam but always still get pain in my neck, back and head when sleeping. I've tried this pillow for a week now. I had a good night's sleep the first night. Just lucky I thought. But after a week, I'm sleeping so much better. I get the support I need and easily turn from my back to a side without having to adjust my pillow. I like I'm able to remove any filling if I need to adjust the support. It hasn't gone flat and adjusts to my movements. I gave the second pillow to my husband to try. He liked it from the first night. Very good quality pillow and well worth the price

I haven't ever found a pillow I love more than this one. You can remove the filling to make it as big or as small as you want and the bamboo cover is washable and way soft.
