Fair warning: if you have more than one cat, be prepared to break up some fights because that’s exactly what I’ve had to do. Both of my cats love this and want to be the only ones allowed to use it. If they catch one another using “their” bed, it’s on sight. Cats can be so picky about beds though, that I’m happy to have to break up a tussle every now and then if it means I’ve found a quality bed, which I feel I really have with this one. First things first: it arrived in good condition, the box was not damaged at all and the items inside were all secure and accounted for. Assembly was very simple and easy to complete, the instructions were clear and concise. I worried at first when I was considering the heating aspect and the audio aspect; I worried that the temp could become too hot or the audio too loud, but I’m happy to report neither is the case. The heat is a nice gentle, safe warmth, nothing too hot or that would lead to them becoming overheated, and the audio is so faint and soothing that I’m confident it cannot possibly overwhelm or discomfort a cat’s hearing. I really appreciate how adjustable the heating is and my cats have certainly demonstrated they do as well. I also love the different selections of soothing audio options. If you have any worries about either functions being too loud or overhearing them while you yourself are trying to relax or concentrate, fear not! This is a super quiet addition to any home. Mine literally sits off to the side between where I sit and the tv, it never distracts or detracts from my ability to focus. I also love the look of this bed. It’s really sleek and tidy looking in appearance. The fact it rest just slightly up off the floor is a bonus in my eyes as well. The size isn’t too bulky nor does it take up too much room; it’s the perfect size for a cat or small dog to curl up in and feel secure. My cats seem to have quality, deep sleeps when resting inside. Overall, I find this to be a safe, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing option for a cat bed that the majority of cats will very likely enjoy just as much as my own two! I wasn’t sure if my cats would use this at first, but they both ended up loving it. I have two pretty big cats, and each of them fits comfortably, which was a nice surprise. The heating and cooling feature is a great idea, and the cozy cave design gives them a quiet place to relax. This bed would work best for a small cat. I put a little blanket inside for extra cushion. I love how the sounds are not loud. Great cat bed!
