Been using almost 2 years. Still like it was when I bought it. I'm heavier, and I haven't had a problem. Good durability. Soft but not too soft. Has some bounce-back. I know mattress preference is a wide range, but this is a good size and quality. This is my first apartment, and this mattress was easy to unpack and use, making my bed setup so easy. My only complaint is that the fabric on sides is loose. Doesn't really affect the usability.

At least in the full size mattress, which this is, it’s fine even though it was a boxed mattress. I don’t know if it’s true for the queen and the king size. Usually on the larger mattresses, they’ve got a roll them up and then fold them over and they have to manufacture them differently to be able to fit in a box like that. I was surprised for a little over $400, I was able to get this mattress for a guest room and not have to spend hardly anything for a comfortable mattress that someone could use without complaint. It’s a hybrid, enter spring type mattress with the foam layers above the springs. You can tell they’re very careful not to give us too much comfortable foam layers, but in this case there’s just enough foam to where you really don’t feel the springs. I can recommend this full-size mattress or a guest room or some use like that so you don’t have to spend a ton on a really expensive mattress. I don’t know that I’d recommend it for a couple on a larger bed. Generally better off going to the mattress store sitting on a few and paying a couple of thousand for a good mattress. I just bought a Sealy posturepedic hybrid elite 14” high point 2 which is a proprietary store brand from Sealy. I bought a medium it’s supportive, but you don’t go down too far. So it’s not gonna be too hot. It was after I checked out all the hybrids believe me that’s the right one. The firm is too firm. The plush is too soft. The medium is just right. If you wanna get a good mattress, you need to go to a mattress store somewhere especially in a king size. It’s hard to compress all those good springs in a box and also get a good foam layer in a box. There’s just not enough room to put good components and then compress it all, and have it fit in a box. I would suggest avoiding all box mattresses.

This mattress is by far the most comfortable bed in the house. From the day it arrived, and we unpacked it, the quality has been remarkable. There was no odor after removing the mattress from the air-tight packaging, which was fantastic, and within 24 hours (per the instructions) the mattress was fully functional for sleeping. Made of high quality foam materials, this mattress was purchased for the cooling effect it offers; it doesn’t trap body heat like some mattresses. It’s also supportive yet soft, which can be great for back pain suffers. We love this mattress!

Wow, this is by far the most incredible deal I’ve ever stumbled upon! I’m still in awe at the remarkable quality of this bed-in-a-box! Initially, I approached it with skepticism, as I usually fork out thousands for a premium mattress. However, this one surpasses every other mattress I've owned in comfort and support. It has completely transformed my expectations, and I can confidently say I will never splurge on an expensive bed again! I was so impressed that I ended up purchasing another one for my own room to replace my old mattress. I opted for the luxurious 14-inch cooling model first, and then I couldn’t resist getting the 12-inch version as well. Honestly, while the 12-inch mattress is fantastic, the 14-inch truly justifies the slightly higher price—it fits my sheets perfectly and offers a plush, cloud-like feel. Both mattresses, however, are of outstanding quality and exceeded my hopes. Ever since I made the switch a few months ago, I haven’t experienced any lower back pain, which is nothing short of a miracle! My husband is no longer waking up drenched in sweat either! If you’re on the fence about purchasing this mattress, don’t hesitate—it’s an absolute gem!

I really wanted to love this mattress. Initially, it was great. Just a year later and we’ve already replaced it. First, despite allowing it to set up for 24 hours before using it, there was a slight indentation in the middle of the bed that never filled. My husband and I literally sleep intertwined and this just worsened the indentation. About 8 months in and a huge sunken depression formed on the edge of the bed. Also, the edge of the bed isn’t sturdy so I’ve actually slid off of it. Lol! I was leaning off the side of the bed to pick something up off of the floor and I slid right off. Yes, I was being lazy, but this has never been a problem with any of their mattress. My daughter has also fallen off of the edge of the bed. I would suggest that you look somewhere else if this is a mattress that you plan to use on a daily basis. It might be okay for a guest room, but it does not hold up well. It also causes back pain.
