Very comfortable, far exceeded my expectations. No smell, fluffed up pretty much immediately out of the bag (I still let them sit for hours just incase). Good material, zero smell, seems like they will last years. They really are cooling, I just thought that was some gimmick but there is a very noticeable difference and in a very good way. I'm an 'every position sleeper' and these have been great in every position, and I sleep so much better now. The deal is pretty good too. I'll definitely recommend these and will likely buy again for other beds.

Update: The seller reached out in an effort to try to provide a resolution to consumer dissatisfaction. A replacement product from a different batch was sent and tested. When the new set of pillows were opened, I could tell right away the odor was significantly better. While they have a chemical scent, it is tolerable and does not smell of mold and mildew. After allowing them to air out and expand as directed, we gave them a try. The pillows are EXTRA FIRM, but adjustable. Some filling was removed to suit our preference, and the pillows were re-tested; they are now comfortable. There is a nice feature that I didn't notice before. The pillows have dual temperature fabrics. One side is cooling, while the other is standard. In summary: These pillows can be a wonderful addition to your bed if you are looking for something full and firm to place against the headboard in a pillowcase for show "as is." If you are actually using them to sleep on, they can be great after adjusting the fiber-fill to suit your needs. Overall, whether I'd recommend these is dependent upon which batch your product will be coming from. The first batch I DO NOT recommend, the second batch I highly recommend. . Original review: I purchased these due to the great reviews. I am EXTREMELY disappointed, as I'd hoped this product could be the answer to waking up with neck pain. I will never know whether this could have been a solution to my discomfort, because I couldn't get past the smell! Immediately upon opening these I inhaled an overwhelming stench that smelled of mold. I wanted to give the manufacturer the benefit of the doubt to see whether the smell would dissipate. The instructions say to wait 24 hours to allow for full expansion, as they arrive compressed. After 24 hours, the smell wasn't any better. I allowed these to sit out for a week, and the odor is so horrid that none of us can even bring ourselves to rest our heads on them to test their performance. Even my husband who has a NOTORIOUSLY diminished sense of smell, commented that they have a "STRONG CHEMICAL ODOR." He said "just let them air out a few days, and they should be fine" When I informed him that I'd been airing them out for over a week, his eyes bulged! 😆 My son and I both have allergies, and just being near these pillows made our eyes itch. The product has positives that should be noted. 1. The product is esthetically pleasing; thoughtfully designed, and appears high end. 2. The pillows have zippered washable covers. 3. The pillows are full and firm 4. The product is adjustable. The filling is shredded, so if they are too firm, you only need to remove a bit of the filling until the suit your needs. If you are sensitive to strong odors, these may not be for you. If you're still with me through all of that, I hope this helps someone out.

These pillows are great, they start out very stiff and can definitely be adjusted to be softer. I prefer them how they are though. The cooling effect is really nice and you can feel it through normal pillow cases. If you don't need the cooking side you can simply flip them over. They keep there shape and after a whole night of sleep they bounce back really well. There definitely larger pillows and may need larger pillow cases.

These pillows are amazing! I love that you can customize the fluffiness by taking some of the filling out or leaving the amount in that they send, although you probably will need to take some out because they are GENEROUS with the amount they add in! We needed to take so much out that we were able to make a whole other pillow out of the extras 😂. But these pillows hug you at every angle while being supportive. And bonus is the cover has a cooling side!
