  • Brighter than my future!

The best fans to be bought so far. They are beautiful, the RGB does not have any issues so far.

  • Perfect balance of design and cost.
Style: 120 Halo 3n1
Bought these for my new build in a Corsair 4000D Airflow case. Bought the 3 pack plus a single unit. 3 fans for the front intake, one in back for exhaust. The "halo" on these make them standout against competitors from a looks standpoint, and the price point is reasonable also. I get that they aren't rated as high for airflow as some other fans, and some people prefer a full box design to the fan case. But, I'm just running an i3-10100 and a 1050Ti GPU, so I don't expect a ton of heat generation, and the new case is fantastic for airflow. I have all for fans daisy-chained, so the design of the leads for the fans works great. Yes, the leads reach from the back of the case to the front, so no extension sables are necessary. I have them plugged into the ARGB header towards the top front of my ASRock mobo. Cable management isn't an issue. I use ASRock's RGB management software, and it controls the fans perfectly. Fully compatible, as promised. My only minor gripe is the Cooler Master ARGB connectors which are apparently proprietary. The plug style doesn't attach to the header very well. It's staying in place, but isn't all that secure. Also, in the daisy chain, connecting plugs requires an additional Cooler Master cap, which they include (so no worries), to hold the two ends of the plugs together. It makes those connections very secure, but they are a bit bulky which is mildly annoying when you're trying to find a place to tuck them. Anyway, quiet fans, gorgeous look. Pretty happy so far. ... show more

  • Great fans!
Style: 120 Halo 3n1
These fans are great! I ordered them after noticing that temperatures in my PC case seemed very high (GPU and CPU running around 83C under load) - I began to suspect that my old off-brand fans were not doing the job of keeping my computer cool. My old fans had really pretty RGB lights on them, and I was looking for something with a similar appearance but higher airflow capabilities without breaking the bank. For the price, these fans are perfect. They were easy to install (the instructions weren't the best - no words, just pictures), but I was able to figure it out even as a PC building novice. After I installed them, everything came up and worked immediately. I ran some of the games that were causing the high temps before, and was very pleased to see that these new fans had dropped the GPU down to around 70-75C under load, and the CPU down into the 60s. They also both cooled back down to low idle temps very quickly as soon as they returned to their idle states. Definitely a huge improvement! Overall, I would highly recommend these fans for any RGB PC build! ... show more

  • Great performers and lookers without the pricetag. Read full review!
Style: 120 Halo 3n1
Some keynotes for these fans: **Edit: mounting these fans face down and running above 70% rpm causes the fans to rattle. Any other mounting position is fine 1) price: great value compared to other RGB loaded fans. You can get 6 for the price of 3 Corsair ll120 fans. And these fans are as good if not better than those. 2) authenticity: these fans do in fact run anywhere from 1850-1975 RPM according to motherboard reporting. 3) performance: these fans have more static pressure than other case fans which is better for getting air through case ventilation punchouts and dust filters. Have not tested on a radiator, however. I reccomend other fans for radiators anyways. 4) installation: much much better than Corsair RGB fans but not the best as far as cables go. You can either hook up the RGB to your motherboard (3 pin rgb headers) or plug into the control box that comes with the 3 pack of fans. I use my motherboard. Works as expected. 5) appearance: the RGB is very pretty. The reds are a little more dim than the rest of the lights but that's very normal and it's not distracting. Lights are bright but not blinding. Colors are pretty vivid. The blending of the light is also pretty good too. You have to really try to be able to distinguish where the individual LEDs are in the rings. 6) asthetic versatility: these fans look good wherever you put them or angle you look at them. I have the lian li o11d XL and I have these fans on the bottom serving as intakes. This means you see the back of the fan instead of the front. Usually that means you can't see any of the RGBs and it looks ugly, but these fans have the rgb rings on the back as well and makes the fans MUCH more bearable to look at from the back of the fan. If you have a case with bottom fan mounts, I especially recommend these fans if you care about that noice PC asthetic. 7) longevity: I expect these fans are not gonna have a great life expectancy given the price and MTF rating of 160k hours or whatever. Fortunately, these fans are cheaper and less bank breaking to replace. 8) quality: despite my lower expectations for longevity, these fans look and feel very good quality. Overall, I'd highly reccomend these fans for anyone who doesn't want to spend Corsair money on fans. Despite what you might read in other reviews, I believe these fans to be very good for the money especially. ... show more

  • High Quality and Affordable
Style: 120 Halo 3n1
These Cooler Master fans are an excellent choice for your PC, as they have all of the RGB elements that you need to made a sweet looking setup. Installation: installation was simple enough, they came with a splitter that connects all 3 fans and the RGB so that only one power connector and one RGB connector go into the motherboard. No issues there. Looks: What I love about these fans that I couldn’t get from the pictures is that the ring around the fan is also RGB which looks awesome. You will not be disappointed with the way these fans look in your case. Software: The software is where I started running into issues. Not that it’s the fault of Cooler Master necessarily, but I find that the Corsair software is a tad more polished. However, the RGB is controlled through your motherboards supported software- Mystic Light, Aurora Sync, etc. From there, you can control the RGB colors, patterns, etc. There are a lot of cool patterns here, and for me who uses Mystic Light, it has the ability to connect to Razer Synapse so that your Razer controlled peripherals and Cooler Master fans’ RGB are all synced. Really nice aesthetics. Overall just some nicely built fans at an affordable price point. I highly recommend these over the more expensive alternatives as you’re getting great value for the money. ... show more

  • Very Nice Quiet Fans
Style: 120 Halo 3n1
I'm very happy with these fans. I bought two different models (will post links below). I bought the Cooler Master MasterFan MF120 Halo 3n1Fans 3-pack to replace the cheap MSI fans on my CPU AIO cooler. And I bought a Cooler Master MasterFan MF140 Halo Fan for the rear fan in my new H500M case. You can tell right out of the box that these fans are well-built and are a quality product. I did notice (with some concern) that the fans are actually smaller than normal 120mm fans, this is because the Halo LED right takes up extra space. I was concerned that this would cause the fans to make more noise, but they do not. They push substantial amounts of air, and they honestly are beautiful to look at. I will buy again! Highly recommend these! Master MasterFan MF120 Halo 3n1Fans 3-pack - https://amzn.to/3QATUGF Cooler Master MasterFan MF140 Halo Fan - https://amzn.to/4bck8az ... show more

  • Great Fans
Style: 120 Halo 3n1
I'm running 6 of these in mid tower ATX. I have them all daisy chained together on 1 power source and split between CHA2 and 3 on the MB. They're great fans. Super quiet. I don't use the controller they came with. I did try it out. It is pretty basic. Push button to cycle through the settings. All 6 of these fans running is more quiet than the bubbler for my fish tank. It made me realize how loud my current PC is (and I thought I couldn't hear my current PC). These things don't even sound like they're on. I have a total of 12 of these in two machines. Haven't had any issues with any of them. Only negative I would give them, the instructions are horrible. If this is your first time trying to setup led fans in an led system, watch a youtube video on how to hook them up. Once you know what you're doing, instructions aren't necessary. (Not taking off a star b/c you'll have this issue no matter what fans you buy, if you haven't done it before.) ... show more

  • My go to fans, top level build quality & pretty easy to install
Style: 120 Halo 3n1
I only had 1 ARGB (5v 3pin) left on my ARGB Controller & I thought maybe its not gonna handle 3 more fans so I connected a single fan & started daisy chaining the rest one by one & it automatically synced with my Asus Aura Sync profile. I had to mess with the fan speeds in Ai Suite II (Fan Xpert) a little but thats normal with every fan for me & the fans also enabled “Extreme Quiet Mode” option in Fan Xpert which I didn’t have for my older fans. I personally don’t use it but happy that the option is there. Overall I’m more than happy with the product, it’s high quality for sure & installing them was really easy for me. Second Pack: Wanted to come back & order another 3-pack to replace my front case fans because they have different speeds & to match the exhaust fans. Connected all 6 MF120 Halos through the Cooler Master Masterfan ARGB/PWM Hub & ended up with this beauty ... show more
