Happy with the performance and shipping of the item with a couple of caveats No matter what I try... I am unable to customize the color of the fans with the included apps, apps I've downloaded or with any assistance from CoolerMaster. I've called their tech support/customer service phone number on different days and different times during their prescribed hours and no one ever answers. Their customer service does not exist. I also sent an e-mail requesting assistance and it was never returned. Good Build, no customer service at all. The media could not be loaded. I’m giving one star for Non existent customer service. For an $1500 gaming pc it should have desktop support. Luckily if you have IT knowledge you can fix the issues. Not plug and play at all. The Operating system came with windows 11 and it was corrupted. I had to uninstall it then reinstall it and the package it came with, which was Norton (not activated), thought programs being installed were viruses. I called their customer service for 8 days straight and sent emails, nothing. No one ever answered the phones. I had to clear the system and install windows 10, which fixed the issues. Visual C++ wouldn’t update or install, windows 11 wouldn’t update. It’s decent for iRacing, assetto corsa competizione and F1 2024. I purchased this for the rtx 4070. ... show more

I have never seen graphics on a game that looks this good. Its way better looking than my ps5. Not just that but the entire build with all the rgb lighting looks so good!! I bought this for faming and productivity and i have never been this productive in my life. It just makes me focus better. It clearly says 4070super in the choices but thats not what i received. I got sent a regular 4070. So far its a decent pc i will update after more time with it. Not happy its not the super model though like its supposed to be.

The PC is solid enough and seemed built well/ran well, but essentially was falsely advertised. Be careful if ordering the 4070 Super model, be sure to check in the system itself. Mine is a standard 4070. I’m returning it due to this.

PC was well packaged. However, the PC did not come fully powered as only the CPU fan was the only one that lit up and was working. It took a lot of time to google why this might be the case, reading message boards, and finally googling fan hub mechanism after opening the case and finding out that the SATA connector was not connected to the hub. Seems very minor so thats why its getting 4 stars for the inconvenience of having to diagnose the issue - my PC arrived on a saturday evening so it was a hard ask to wait for the weekend to be over to get in contact with coolermaster support as they are only open on weekdays. ... show more

My wife's computer could run games fine, but it took forever to load anything. So we got this computer as a replacement. It is better than my computer on paper, but in practice, it is not. This computer loads things fast but runs everything terribly. The computer starts to stutter whenever she runs games with lots of motion. Even games with slight motion will stutter while running a video on her second monitor. I have heard nothing good from her about this computer since she got it. After running benchmarks, the only thing that came back with a low rating was the SSD. I'm going to install a new SSD and see if that fixes it, but I don't expect it to. ... show more
