So, I'll address the thing that I noticed right away. It came in a larger box than expected, which means it was larger than expected! Yes, I read the dimensions and I did go back and forth wondering if it was the right size for me before ordering. Honestly, it is closer to the size of a backpack than I realized. I originally hoped to use this as a daily lunch bag. Unfortunately, it is too large for that. However, my kids and I like to hike and go on other adventures, so this is perfect for day trips. It's not too big for this use case, in fact, it's perfect. My other coolers are too small and still too bulky. The build quality is good and the design offers plenty places to store a variety of items. The inside is nicely insulated -- not premium because it's not very thick, but I have confidence that it will do it's job. Plus, making it thicker would add to the bulk. The zippers seem to function well, but time will tell if they hold up. The front pocket is padded! It has a smaller pocket on the very front. This bag also includes two side compartments, each with netting to hold a water bottle or similar. I think the back straps are pretty nice. They are padded fairly well and the bottle opener will definitely come in handy when the kids aren't around, lol. All in all, this is a good bag for someone who needs this capacity. It makes it easy to carry your lunch, beverages, etc around on a trip to the beach, hike, or whatever. Previously, I just stuffed all my "cold stuff" in a large backpack or used a cooler that only had a should strap (pita).

This little back pack is pretty neat and its all good quality but you get what you payed for so don't expect 100 dollar insulation in the main part of the bag. its only insulated in the main part to my knowledge and has a decent about of room inside and there are other storage compartments on the backpack, overall its pretty nice.

This cooler backpack works great for picknicks and hanging out outdoors. Keeps beer and food cold for hours and it is very convenient to be able to carry it on your back as opposed to a hard cooler that has to roll around. Can hold a little more than 2 six-pack cans of beer and also has insulated pockets for keeping smaller stuff cold, too.

We have two cooler backpacks. This one and a bigger one. This is the preferred one for a day out for two adults and a toddler. There is more than enough room for drinks, food and snacks. We took it out this past weekend to the botanical gardens and put in three sandwiches, three bags of chips, three waters, 3 juices, a large Pringles and, a large ice pack. There are insulated side pockets for drinks as well as mesh side pockets. The backpack straps are padded and comfortable. There isn’t a chest strap. My husband wishes there was a more private secure pocket that he could keep keys and a wallet that wasn’t accessible to pickpocketers. Other than that, it’s a good and comfortable bag that does the job well and looks good too.

This is a nice cooler bag for a day trip, picnic, work or driving Uber/Lyft. It meets my needs BUT I havent left this in my car or away from a fridge for longer than an hour so I couldn’t tell you if it could keep something super cold for an extended period. I do like that it is a backpack style because its easy to throw over your shoulder if you were to fill it up.

What a priceless item when traveling with children. Its also great for places that don't really allow carry-in's as it masquerades as a regular back-pack. Fill it with your soda's, fill it with hotel-ice, roll down to the pool or beach. Incredibly easy to carry. Grab one for drinks and another for food!

Over the years I have had to buy a number of backpack coolers for a nonprofit youth organization. And of course, I’ve use them for personal use like taking walks or when we go camping. So, I’ve had some experience with these and I can say that this backpack cooler from Cusangel is one of the nicest and most durable I have come across. The outside is made of a rugged oxford like blue material that feels thick and sturdy. The inside is thick and insulated quite well. I poured water in (forgot to take a picture) and no leaks at all which is a huge plus for when you use ice packs and they start to melt or condensation forms on them and then drips into the cooler. It has a number of pockets as you can see from my pictures which is something I always look for in a good quality backpack cooler and the top is doubled zippered which is a bonus since usually over time one of the zippers does break from frequent use (happens on all the backpack coolers I've bought) Nice mesh pockets on the side for water bottles or to hold clothing items and the best part is it fits me and I'm a big guy! 5 out of 5 stars for this well built and sturdy backpack cooler from Cusangel.
