I am so happy my people brought me this new bed! I couldn't wait for it to be put together, so I made sure to lay on it while it was being built. It seems like they wanted it for themselves though, cuz they kept telling me to move. And then they took it to the other room! They struggled a bit to get everything to fit, but they're smart people. They figured it out in about 5 minutes. If my dad wasn't the alpha of our pack, or if he were older, he may have struggled a bit. But my mom, the alpha female, is the real leader. She gave my dad good directions. I made sure to bark at them so they would hurry up. But then when they were done, it was so much more comfortable. Like I said, smart people. They conveniently placed it in front of my favorite fan (they think it cleans the air, but I'm glad it doesn't make me smell any "better" according to them lol). Now I stay cool on all my sides, even after long walks. It's a perfect fit for me as well. I'm a little small for a female Siberian Husky, but I'm only 8 months old and 43lbs. My people say I'll be about 50lbs fully grown, so this bed is big enough now, and for the future! I can curl up in the middle, or stretch out and watch wolf documentaries with them when it rains. It's really fun to try and catch rain drops though, so I don't waste time lying in bed on those days. The green "Pro" model only came in one size (the same size as my travel crate) so that's really smart. I wish they would let me hang out the window though. Driving smells wonderful. One thing I wish was different though, I wish the Coolaroo label was easy to remove. I love chewing on it, but it won't come off! I told them they should buy another for my other favorite spot in their bedroom, but they won't listen. Tomorrow I will try again. Ok, I'm gonna go lie down on my new bed. I forget things easily, so don't forget to get one for your dog! They'll like it a lot. ... show more

These beds are soooo wonderful! They can be left outside, and dry off quickly after it rains. It is nice and cool as it breathes underneath the dogs too. This is the third one I purchased. The only reason I bought this one was it was a replacement for one that was crushed by a huge tree limb that fell from our tree directly onto it, and bent the metal. The suspension hammock was unscathed. Thankfully none of the dogs were on it at the time. But they needed a new one. So we got this one. The old one also has been surviving many years outside prior to this. We still have the small one we got for the cat who used to lay on the big one with and without the dogs. Our big bulldog uses the small one and big one, but shares with his siblings too. Our 13 year old shepherd likes it too - a comfort when hanging out on the deck instead of laying on the boards/ground. Highly recommend this item. You can break it down to travel with it too if you want to. Would be fine to take to the beach, mountains, wherever. Buy more than one. ... show more

The bed is very sturdy. I’ve had the older version for several years. However, this current iteration is extremely difficult to assemble. I think some people got fabric that is a little bit larger and it made it easy for them to assemble. But for many of us who got unlucky, you have to be a legitimate bodybuilder and have a few friends help you to get the last leg in place. ... show more

Nice bed. Love the new frame and easier assembly. Not sure the cover is as strong as the originals we’ve had. The green is shinier material. So far, it’s been a few weeks and it’s holding up well. Easy to put together and take apart. I washed the mesh twice so far and it has held up well. My 3 dogs (2 Frenchies & 1 Sheppard Mix) total 120lbs. They fit perfectly and love it!

This product would not let me pull the last bar into place!!! I pulled the bar out and tried without the bar being through the sleeve of the fabric, and it went in super easy. Then I pulled the fabric to see how far the fabric went and saw instantly the problem. THE FABRIC WAS MULTIPLE CENTIMETERS TOO SHORT!!!! So there's no way to even assemble unless one deconstructs and resews with enough give to move the last bar in place. Very disappointed by lack of quality control and do not recommend. ... show more
