My favorite tanning lotion features quality ingredients, goes on smoothly, and has a delightful fragrance. I prefer to use it in the morning after doing a body scrub in the shower and then wear it all day with loose-fitting clothes. I’m pretty advanced with my self tanning. Have been doing it for 20 yrs now. (Never put my fair skin in the sun without a hat and sunscreen) Technology has changed. This is such a HERO product. I did not get streaks with this, I applied it with my bare hands and it turned my hands brown even after washing my hands plenty of times. So the second time I applied, I used a tanning mit (I'm sure a wash cloth would work just as well). I do appreciate the ease of application, this is better than foam products I've used in the past. Amazing product. Love it goes on white so as you can see where you miss. Doesn’t have that horrible tan smell. Love I can layer to be natural tan or darker tan.

I had high hopes for this tan lotion. The bottle says that it is streak-free and transfer-free. I am very pale and only used the lotion once a week. Since the lotion is white, I often couldn't tell where I had already applied the lotion. I used a tanning mitt to apply. I would get streaks in a line near my elbow, by my ankles, and on my feet. My knees always looked darker too. I did feel like the lotion tinted my skin. If you used it o a daily basis, I'm sure it would build for a better tan. However, I found that in addition to experiencing streaking, I also experienced transfer onto my favorite white pants and shorts (but also my jean shorts too). I would shower multiple times before putting white shorts and pants on and I still ended up with transfer onto my shorts and pants. No matter what, it's not coming out of my shorts and pants. At this point, I am just trying to use this up so my clothes stop being ruined. I wish I could keep using it because it gives me some color. However, I can't chance it anymore. My mom said that she felt the Coola lotion seemed to give me more color than her Jergens does. ... show more

I just wanna say I’ve used self tanner’s since I was in my teens and this is the best self tanner I’ve ever used in my life. It works, and it doesn’t leave orange marks or any type of lines. It’s actually amazing and it doesn’t even smell bad.
