Extremely well sized, perfectly thin/thick enough to do the job and fit in and around different foods, and don't take up a lot of room in my freezer. I bought an insulated lunch bag which these coolers fit extremely well without hogging space. Plus they keep my food cold from the time I pack it around 7:00 am until I eat around 1:00-1:30 pm. That's asking a lot of a relatively thin cooler but it does it extremely well. By the time I get home, around 4:10 pm, they are thawed but I put them back in the freezer and by morning they are re-frozen. In the insulated bag, they are sufficiently versatile to fit around various foods and liquids and keep them safely cold. I appreciate their slim shape for that reason. I was shopping on Amazon looking for some ice packs. I did not want the ones that I usually get in the plastic. when they defrost they just drip all over the place. I wanted something solid. Something small as I was not bringing a large cooler I was actually bringing a bag cooler. When they arrived, which was right on time. To me that is important. When I opened up the package, which was well wrapped and packed. I was quite impressed. They were just the perfect size. They were not clumsy, heavy, overweight, just perfect for what I was going to use to put them in that hand carry cooler bag. I put them in the refrigerator actually for a couple of hours, I was impressed when I took them out. They were really cold. They were not heavy and the size fit perfectly. The colors were really nice and bright not drab So far the money, the quality, and did they do their job yes, they did a lot better than I thought they would do as I had them in that cooler bag for several hours and everything stayed nice and chilled. Did I auto More? Yes, I did and again I ordered several different packs. I work in manufacturing, and while the facility is cooled its a big building with a lot of people and a lot of machines running, so its rarely comfortable. In addition, break rooms are not outfitted with refrigerators of any kind. Point is, unless you plan to buy lunch from a food truck or in town on your lunch break, you have to bring your own food. Keeping things cool during the summer months on those 12 hour shifts is not easy. Fortunately, these ice packs work well in that regard. There are four of them and being slim rectangles in size, they fit in the lunch box without taking up too much space (which is good, I carry half the kitchen with me on those long work days).
