I am 5'11" and 160lbs. I ordered the small which is the size I generally wear but these seem to fit VERY tight and for me, are much shorter than I expected. In the image they show them as being just slightly above the knee, however, on me they are at the middle of my thigh. Doing a squat, they are basically the same length as my boxer briefs.     • Look great out the package but don’t hold up after washing
Originally I loved the shorts. They are very lightweight, and the colors are great. However, after I washed these shorts once I started to notice picks in the material all over the shorts. After washing them a second time (after the next time I worked out) they got even worse. I even washed them on delicate mode in my washing machine the second time. The reason for my negative review is the fact that I need better quality material, or at the very least to be able to wear workout shorts more than one time before they start to look old and worn. ... show more

Who wears short shorts? My boyfriend does now haha. These are short and great for powerlifting or as sleeping shorts. They’re very soft and comfortable.

I had high hopes and find they are a bit heavier than I hoped and a little restrictive. I use an eliptical for warm-up and wide range of motion - the gymnastic movement and finish with rowing. I find these work pretty well, though are tighter than I hoped for. Great price and if you are on the skinny side, I think they will be great. I'm 5' 5", 149 and the mediums fit easily in the waist, but once in more mobile positions, I felt them - not used to that with other shorts. This shorts are very comfortable and soft. I am 5'11'' tall and 195lb and following the suggestions in the reviews got a size bigger (large is my size but got the xlarge) and though they are well fitted I would have gotten a xxlarge since I like the shorts a bit less tigt..

They are short. 5" But for me it's perfect. The quality feels good and I liked them so much I bought another set. I just wish we could pick which colors we want but so far I like them. If you want shorts closer to your knees I would go with 7". These are not for you if you don't like short shorts.
