Being in IT Support I was gonna build it myself but I decided I was too lazy to research and match parts, ordering and waiting for every part to arrive in order to start building the rig. Came in 3 days later in a box within a box, perfectly packaged with a lot of packaging protection on it. The way they package it, it is very hard to be damaged in transit. Good because case has tempered glass panels. Very well done. It comes with a Quality Control sheet with a checklist of tests and a description of internal parts on it. Details about the warranty and how to contact support just in case of issues. Cable management on the case was handled very well. Windows 11 setup screen at boot as a new install should be. All devices were detected correctly and installed after finishing Win11 setup, no errors at all. Case came with a remote control for the lights with different effects and colors, pretty cool. I like the keyboard, very sturdy with a metal base plate and all the lights from keyboard and mouse match the case. Pretty cool. Super quiet fans. Added a GPU and a couple of SSD drives. Quick and easy! I am very happy with it!! Rig is a beast!

Arrived when it was supposed to. Got it up and running in no time. Everything works as it should, but it would shut down due to over-heating (with little to no CPU load), I cranked down the screen resolution and updated the BIOS and all the drivers, these issues seem to have gone away (for now). I have read that these normally run hot to begin with, I guess it will keep me warm this winter. The Keyboard with this is decent, not like those flimsy dell keyboards, it has some weight to it, but I'll stick to my Logitech G15 keyboard. Added a RTX 4060 graphics card, it handles pretty much what I can throw at it. I'm only we week in but I'm enjoying a prebuilt machine after decades of Frankenputers.

Everything is great about this computer EXCEPT the graphics card is really bad. I use this PC for iRacing and I could only get above 60 FPS if I lowered everything to the lowest quality settings. It also only allows for one monitor. Bought a NVIDIA RTX 4060 and we're off to the races now. I have my graphics settings cranked to the max with plenty of FPS to spare. However, it says this graphics card needs a minimum of 550W supply, and this computer has 500W. Hasn't been an issue yet though. Long story short, you'll want to plan on getting a graphics card in addition to this PC if you use it for gaming.

I am not a gamer, intend to use it as a workstation. Got this i9-12900k a month ago with a non-graphics card variant with MAG B660M motherboard. I added GTX 1060 6gb from my old PC and upgraded to Samsung 980 pro 2TB NVMe SSD and 96gb Corsair 6400, CL32, which had no issues with XMP. Overall, its heck of a machine! Hope this helps someone out there. 5month update. PC working well. I replaced GPU with 3070Ti and it's awesome . I had to remove one water cooler fan and put it on the other side of heatsink. Need to fix the front Led plate. Well built PC.

Acaba de llegar y lamentablemente la tuve que poner a devolver. Llego todo doblado lo de metal como se puede ver en las fotos. El cableado esta mal acomodado que ni siquiera se podian sacar los cables para poner la tarjeta gráfica que no trae. Adicional los cables estan tan mal puestos que chocan con el abanico. De verdad que totalmente decepcionada con el mal trabajo realizado.

I have had this pc for 1 month now and only had 1 issue with it. the on board video would not work after a restart only from a cold start , not a big deal since I was adding my own GPU anyways.(added a nvidia 3060 runs great no issues)The strange thing about the motherboard is as you can see from the pic it only had 1 video output (1 HDMI) but again since i added my own GPU not a big deal.The motherboard is a MSI Pro B660M_ A CEC WIFI. It comes with Patriot Viper Elite II DDR4 32GB(2 x 16GB) 3200MHz. IT was advertised with a 500 power supply but came with a corsair 650 watt gold power supply.The pc was packed very well would be very hard to damage, over all im very pleased with it runs good .

I use this mainly for day trading stocks, and the programs I use are big memory and processor users. This thing is night and day compared to my old machine. Is really hard to beat the price! Highly recommend! Other notes: - High quality shipping and boxing (packed very well) - High quality computer case (this thing is solid!) - Even with several fans, it is very quiet - Checked all the parts, and everything installed as advertised So far I'm super happy!

The first 2 pictures are of the 2 tb hybrid drive that came with the pc which appears to be unusable in its current state the plastic pieces in the second picture should be under the contacts of the drive but since they broke off in the data cable the drive cannot be used. The third picture is of my old 1tb hard drive from my old pc as you can see the plastic is in place and it is usable. Everything else about the computer works great but since the drive arrived broken and unusable I can’t give a 5 star review
