I have tried so many “no-leak or spill proof” cups in my lifetime! So many changes over the years makes it hard to decide which ones to try. Specifically I was looking for leak proof, with a straw and durable. The only thing that would make these better would be for them to be insulated! BUT that’s not even an issue. The simple fact that these can be dropped or even thrown and not have the lid pop off or have the entire contents spilling in the floor is a win. There are a few drips that come out of thrown or dropped but we are talking minimal. They are easy to clean. I put everything in the dishwasher. The straw comes apart to clean easier and also serves as the stopper from the straw coming out. The straw is also hard plastic, so it’s not easily flattened by little straw chewers. They are easy to hold by my three year old granddaughter. I love these cups and will be purchasing another set. Get them! ... show more

daughter sees my stanley cup sitting where she can grab and immediatly gravitates toward it, problem is, its heavy, and it is not spill proof so i got her these! im impressed! i wish they were steel like the yeti but its completely leak proof, the straw has a 1 way valve so that she can get liquid out only if she is drinking but i can toss it on the couch and not worry about her juice/water combo spilling everywhere. ... show more

    • Mold stuck in small parts.

After using two cups for my two girls, the youngest a toddler, the cups served their purpose well however if the air pressure changes because of temperature changes (fridge to counter on a warm day) liquids pool up out of the straw. Also my toddler bit the straw and it became rough on the straw tip. I cut a silicone straw into segments to cover the straw to prevent any further bite marks. If the cup is dropped and liquid is in the straw top it will spill out in droplets or streams. Any kids that like to tip their cups upside down or blow air back into the straw; expect mold or small food particles from smoothies to get stuck behind a silicone flap inside the middle of the straw near the connection and it is very difficult to clean that out. The vent at the top of the lid gets food particles and mold stuck inside and it is almost impossible to clean that. The dishwasher just cannot clean those hard to reach shallow areas. ... show more

These cups work great! My kids love them. They come apart easily for washing, and seal tight. I have 2 complaints: 1, if you leave a cup sitting for a while, the liquid will start to come back up the straw, and can spill. And 2, the little valve in the lid is impossible to clean. If you just use these for water, they’re fine. But, if you use chocolate milk like my kids like, gunk gets in that valve and will never come out. Overall, I’m happy with these cups, and use them daily!! Just beware of those two things :) ... show more

Like the cups. Durable. Easy enough to hold for my senior mom. A few drawbacks. There is no way to clean the little valve on top. I wash the cup after every use and let it air dry. But still cannot get the small amount of mildew out...or from even the gasket around the cover. Also, don't leave sealed shut in a warm car. Loosen the cover or the pressure will build up inside and it will spill. Probably have to keep buying when can't keep clean. ... show more

Will spill a few drops at most. We have had this for one day and it has been tested thoroughly …dropped, thrown, ran over with the stroller.. and it holds up. My daughter can’t yank the straw out. She loves looking at the fish design. It was easy to disassemble before putting in the dishwasher.

I'm a fan! I have a 1 year old who makes it his mission to dump everything I give him on the floor when he is no longer interested in it. These cups have prevented many messes. I love that they give him independence with drinking and he can throw them around and so far they have held up through countless drops. They have been easy to clean as long as you remember to unscrew the straw and be sure to allow everything to dry properly. I recommend to anyone with kids. ... show more
