Very pleasantly surprised and pleased with this product! Does NOT Leak! The lid seal is The Best, no leaking even if thermos is turned on its side. I love the design of the lid. So simple and easy to wash. Have went through Many other thermos brands that I end up throwing away due to leaking at lid seal when barely turned. This Brand is Amazing!! I bought the 2 pack and so far it works well. No leaks and it keeps water cool. I haven't tried it with a hot beverage yet. I live in a warm climate so while it keeps the water colder than other travel mugs overnight, the water isn't as cold as when originally placed in the mug. It is possible that the climate also plays a part in determining how long the mug keeps beverages cold or hot. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.

Good thermal performance. I used it as a mini refrigerator on a 12 hour travel and it performed great. I put in a small pack of frozen blue ice and some perishable items in it. At the end of 12 hours, the inside was ice cold and the items received perfectly. The characteristics for keeping items hot is not known as I haven't used it long enough yet. One thing...the lid to lock it down is somewhat difficult to open/close requiring a little more force than expected. One time we didn't lock it down all the way and the liquid spilled. That is the only thing the manufacturer can improve in the future. Small issue as the lockdown is very secure.

I own several of these. When new, they keep my coffee hot for hours. Gripping the mug, it's hard to feel any heat escaping except through the lid. However, after a couple of years, the vacuum is lost (micro fractures from thermal expansion?) and the insulation isn't as good. Still keeps coffee hot for about and hour, but you can feel heet loss over the entire mug. Given the low cost, I can accept replacing them every couple of years. Other more expensive mugs suffer from the same problem. Note that these are not dishwasher safe as it will accelerate the degradation (more thermal cycles). The lid is easy to cross thread and the stopper is hard to pop open, but when closed properly, the mug is leak proof. I will keep buying these as long as the price stays low.

Fits perfect in my backpack cup holder and keeps my tea or coffee the right temperature for the right amount of time during my school day.
