Most reviews tell you true to size, or runs small, order one size larger, but that usually doesn’t help. I am 5’11, 165 pounds. Wear a size 34-36” waist with a 30” inseam depending on brand. Hagar, AE, Nike, Adidas 34” waist. Originally ordered the XL pants and when I tried them on, the waist was more like a 38” waist and lots of extra room in the legs. Returned and ordered a large. Large fits exactly like a 34”, albeit a little smaller than I was hoping, but much better. I will be able to wear a pair of thermals underneath and be just fine. I feel as though the large will also be better because of tighter fit through waist and legs will allow more contact with heating elements. Inseam is 32”, which is just fine, no issue when wearing hunting boots. Material is great, little noisy when moving, won’t be an issue when sitting in blind or tree stand. Seller was great. I believe it is a third party seller, so instead of ordering and receiving a day or two later, took about a week, but I was aware of that when ordering, so all good. So far, I would definitely recommend these, and to be on the safe side, I would highly recommend ordering an extra battery or two. If you are anything like me, you can sit in a blind or tree stand all day, so having a backup battery would be nice. Hope this helps.

My husband has issues with his knees so I bought him these for hunting and he loves them and his knees don’t bother him even in extreme cold weather . He wishes he had them sooner !

At 6'tall I have a 38" waist, usually that translate to a large. But I do carry a little girth above the waist, a size large was first ordered, no go! That would have fit my brother in law (5'4", 120 lbs) I returned the item with no real problems and reordered 2XL, much better fit. Otherwise construction of the pants are acceptable, the battery location is comfortable and good battery life.

UPDATE: EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! They reached out to me within a couple days and offered an agreeable solution. My husband is enjoying wearing the heated pants in his deer stand. Thanks, Tidewe! Not only did it take over 6 weeks to arrive (thanks, FedEx!) but when my husband finally opened the package Christmas morning it did not include the battery pack or the charger. So ticked off!

They are not true to size. I definitely suggest ordering a bigger size. But they are very warm and work well.

I used these pants one season. They worked great. New season is here and use them for the first time again and the rear feels like it's going to burst into flames. For sure a short or voltage problem somewhere. Gloves also shorted out right at a year. All items were stored in a clean dry place as well as laundered per the directions from the manufacturer via email. I'm guessing they won't honor the warranty as I'm now 8 days past one year. Jacket still works great I will add.
