Update: since my review seller contacted me for a refund because of the defective product. I respect them for standing by their products and making things right. I still think the pants are noisy walking into the woods but if you put them on at the tree before going up, they would be a suitable pant with the heating function working. Updated to 4 stars for customer service. The pants were good at first. They never got as hot as other Tidewe products but they still kept me warm. After about a month the pants stoped working. Light would just flash red and turn off after a few seconds. I have tried multiple USB ports in multiple batteries and all the same issue. Must be a wiring issue with the pants. Side note, they are pretty noisy while walking in. Really not the best for trying to get into a stand or stalk a deer quietly.

Big Failure: I bought the heated gloves and they work great, so I decided to buy the heated pants. I had a full charged battery and ran it on high but they never warmed up, I traded out the battery pack and still nothing. I wore these out in hopes they would help keep me warm, do not make the same mistake I did, Hard pass on these and I am returning them. They are super comfortable but generate zero heat when you need it most.

Most reviews tell you true to size, or runs small, order one size larger, but that usually doesn’t help. I am 5’11, 165 pounds. Wear a size 34-36” waist with a 30” inseam depending on brand. Hagar, AE, Nike, Adidas 34” waist. Originally ordered the XL pants and when I tried them on, the waist was more like a 38” waist and lots of extra room in the legs. Returned and ordered a large. Large fits exactly like a 34”, albeit a little smaller than I was hoping, but much better. I will be able to wear a pair of thermals underneath and be just fine. I feel as though the large will also be better because of tighter fit through waist and legs will allow more contact with heating elements. Inseam is 32”, which is just fine, no issue when wearing hunting boots. Material is great, little noisy when moving, won’t be an issue when sitting in blind or tree stand. Seller was great. I believe it is a third party seller, so instead of ordering and receiving a day or two later, took about a week, but I was aware of that when ordering, so all good. So far, I would definitely recommend these, and to be on the safe side, I would highly recommend ordering an extra battery or two. If you are anything like me, you can sit in a blind or tree stand all day, so having a backup battery would be nice. Hope this helps.
