The package was very well packed, and it arrived without any damage during the transportation. Assembling the chair was an easy task, and a single person could complete the task on their own. To make this job even easier, I used a drill. The overall appearance of the chair exceeded my expectations. It looks really nice, and it's quite comfortable too. My son, who is 6'1, sat on the chair for an extended period of time and didn't have any complaints regarding its comfort. I would definitely recommend this chair and would buy it again if necessary.

We purchased the high chair, but unfortunately, the height was higher than expected. We attempted to return it, but the seller was uncooperative. Despite our best efforts to send it back, we were told that the return shipping cost would be higher than the original purchase price. Although the chair itself is acceptable, the excessive height made it unsuitable for our needs. The poor customer service from the seller only exacerbated the situation. We still have the chair, and due to the hassle, we're giving it away for free. This experience was a waste of both my money and time.

The stools are very good quality, look really good and are easy to assemble. I bought 12, but received 1 unit. I complained, but it turns out the company had send a message that they would deliver one so we could approve the product before sending the rest. My bad… we received all units in good order, and the customer service and care for my concern was exceptionally fast.

I purchased 4 of these chairs for my kitchen. They look absolutely beautiful! Although I had to wait some time to receive them, it was well worth the wait. I’m very glad that seller confirmed the height of my countertop because I initially selected the wrong height. Be careful to measure your countertop before placing your order.
