Much better than I expected. This monitor does a great job and is well made. It's easy to see the results and the usb upload to a very nice software applications is a plus. Note, this unit does not include the oximeter that I wish I would have got.

I searched for a long time to be able to find an automatic blood pressure cuff that I would be able to use on my 15 month old son. This cuff not only works, but works well. I have compared the readings to manual blood pressure and doctor's office checks, and they match up well. The pulse oximetry feature has been a little confusing for me, but I have not spent enough time learning it to really review it. The ability to change out the cuff to the different sizes easily is also a great perk. Overall, once I learn everything, I think this will be a great machine for my son as he grows.

You know what is the most vexing thing about Amazon? Bezos? Slave labor? No. Getting merchandise that was already returned. This is the third time I've received an obvious repack of a returned defective item. In this case the box was wrapped in shipping tape and black paper; not standard factory shrink wrap. Bags already opened and the CD of software bag in the box but the CD missing. Okay, it's looks pristine. I understand that one of the prices of free and easy returns is occasionally getting a repack. Put batteries in. Won't light up. Check orientation of batteries and try again. Nope. Pull out meter and measure batteries. Two of the four measure like 1.45 and 1.47. Low but should still work. Nevermind, go to drawer and get four fresh wrapped batteries; measure them; all four over 1.5; put them in; no go. Once again, I've been shipped a returned defective item. On a previous item not only was it clearly a repack, there were no bags, no cards/instructions, what was in the bag was the broken handle AND the return authorizion form.

I ordered this because Omron quit making BP monitors to interface with PCs. They had a very good software program that was easy to use. Now they are doing Bluetooth only and only in the cloud. And my monitor was too old (8 yrs) to be recalibrated. The Contec was the only BP machine that I could find that comes with software for PC. The machine works well once you can decipher the translated User Manual. There were a couple of directions I never did figure out. Learning the software took a long time. It is not the user friendly programs we Americans are used to. It really suffered in translation. I think I cobbled out a way to print some reports for our doctors. Time will tell. They tried really hard but they really need an english speaking technician to refine the software. Also, from looking at the Contec Medical website, their major customers are way more sophisticated than the ordinary people who would use this monitor at home. Major hospital products on their website. I thought about calling them but all numbers are in China. They do have an email address, so maybe I'll submit some questions. Oh, one more thing, the included cuff said only 5" to 13" so I ordered the larger one. It has not arrived yet, so I tried the included cuff. My arm measures 14" but it worked fine. The Contec D-ring cuff is so much easier to use than the omron Comfit preformed cuff that errored out constantly.
